400米是短跑中最长距离的运动,这是一项对运动员身体素质要求很高的项目。现代田径运动的发展不仅要求运动员的力量、速度、耐力、敏捷性和协调性,而且要求在激烈的训练和比赛中准确控制身体重心,这对运动员技术动作的流畅性提出了更高的要求。因此,提高运动员的核心稳定性不仅可以节省能量泄漏,还可以优化运动员跑步时的流畅度,对比赛成绩有积极的影响。

本研究梳理了功能性训练的起源、概念、原则、内容、方法和训练计划设计与组织,研究了400米田径运动员核心稳定性的影响。实验共16名运动员参与,按照功能性动作模式筛查(FMS)分值进行随机分组,实验持续16周,每周3次,共进行48次训练。实验组的训练计划中加入了功能训练计划和传统体能训练计划,对照组仅参加传统体能训练。实验结束后,对两组运动员在专项成绩前后进行测试,然后对测试数据进行分析比较。

实验结果如下:

1. 通过16周不同方法与手段的训练,实验组与对照组由于训练的强度相同、训练周期适中,两组受试者的各项身体指标(年龄、身高、体重以及BMI指数)在实验后不存在显著性差异(P>0.05)

2.通过16周的训练,功能训练和传统体能训练法均能提高少体校田径400米运动员的核心稳定性,实验组与对照组的核心能力均呈现上升趋势,但实验组的功能性训练在测试核心稳定性方面明显优于传统体能训练组。

3. 通过16周的训练后,无论是实验组还是对照组,400米专项成绩均有不同程度的提升,但实验组的专项400成绩用时明显缩短,相比实验前提升7.4%。而对照组的传统体能训练组仅提升1.6%

The 400m is the longest distance in the sprint, and it is a demanding sport for the athletes' physical quality. Modern athletics development requires not only the athletes' strength, but speed, stamina, agility, coordination, in the intense training and competition of athletes also have to do to the body center of gravity in the process of precise control, it's about technical fluency of movement puts forward higher requirements, so improve core stability not only athletes more save energy leakage, and on the other hand is to optimize the running smoothness of the individual, and the positive influence on the gameplay.

The origin, concept, principle, training principle, content, method and design organization of training program of functional training are systematically sorted out, and the influence of functional training on core stability of male track and field athletes is studied. The experiment lasted for 16 weeks, 3 times a week, and 48 times in total. The experimental group participated in functional training, while the control group participated in traditional physical fitness exercises. After the completion of the experiment, the two groups of athletes were tested before and after their specific performance, and then the data obtained from the test were analyzed and compared.

The experimental results are as follows:

1. Compared with the two training methods, both functional training method and traditional physical training method have improved the core stability of athletes, with the former having a better effect. There is a significant difference between the two training methods in improving the core stability of students specializing in track and field in sports schools.

2. After 16 weeks of training, the experimental group and the control group achieved significantly better results in testing core stability than the traditional physical training.

3. After 16 weeks of training, there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the performance of special sports, and the special performance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the traditional physical training.
