本研究旨在调查北京市高校羽毛球爱好者的运动损伤情况,并提出预防和处 理身体损伤的建议。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法、问卷调查法对 710 名羽毛球爱好者进行调查研究。调查结果显示,660 人受伤,50 人未受伤。 结论如下:1. 大学羽毛球爱好者主要受伤类型为肌肉拉伤和关节扭伤,受伤部 位多为肘、膝、踝关节,其中肘关节伤最为严重。2. 受伤者运动前未做充分准 备活动,训练后未进行身体放松,缺乏专业指导和紧急处理,康复期间缺乏康复 指导。3. 爱好者在力量、速度、耐力、灵敏等方面存在差异,影响受伤概率。4. 器材使用和场地选择也影响运动损伤发生。建议增强运动损伤的防范意识,强化 专业技能培训,优选运动场地,并促进科学的准备及恢复活动。鼓励运动者根据 个人体能合理安排运动量,并进行系统的力量、速度、耐力以及灵敏性训练,以 全面提升运动技能和身体素质。这些措施不仅能有效降低运动损伤率,还有助于提升运动表现和健康水平,对推动学校体育活动的安全与科学发展具有积极意义。 |

This study aims to investigate the incidence of sports injuries among university badminton enthusiasts in Beijing and to propose recommendations for the prevention and management of physical injuries. Using literature review, expert interviews, logical analysis, and survey methods, 710 badminton enthusiasts were studied. The survey results showed that 660 participants had sustained injuries, while 50 had not. The findings are as follows: 1. The primary types of injuries among university badminton enthusiasts were muscle strains and joint sprains, with the elbow, knee, and ankle being the most frequently injured areas, particularly the elbow joint. 2. Injured participants often lacked adequate warm-up before activities and relaxation post-training, as well as professional guidance and emergency handling; there was also a lack of rehabilitation guidance during recovery. 3. Variations in strength, speed, endurance, and agility among enthusiasts influenced the likelihood of injuries. 4. The use of equipment and choice of venue also affected the occurrence of sports injuries. The study recommends enhancing awareness of injury prevention, strengthening professional skill training, choosing optimal sports venues, and promoting scientific preparation and recovery activities. Athletes are encouraged to arrange their exercise volume based on their physical capabilities and to undergo systematic training in strength, speed, endurance, and agility to comprehensively improve their sports skills and physical fitness. These measures can not only effectively reduce the rate of sports injuries but also enhance athletic performance and health levels, thereby positively influencing the safe and scientific development of school sports activities. |
