校本课程开发贯彻了国家的教育方针政策,其特点是能充分考虑社会与学校的需要、学生的发展需求、各学科的特点、地域的特色等,弥补国家课程的不足,满足学生的个性化发展要求,促进教师的专业成长,形成学校特色,传承地方文化。 本课题在相关理论研究的基础上,以许昌高级中学的《钧瓷与化学》校本课程开发为依托,采用文献研究法、调查研究法、行动研究法等方法,对校本课程开发的整个过程进行研究,论证《钧瓷与化学》校本课程的开设对学生的个性化发展、教师专业成长、钧瓷文化传承的积极影响,以期为本校校本课程开发积累经验,摸索出化学校本课程开发的思路和基本途径。 第一部分陈述了研究的背景、问题的提出和研究的意义。从国家政策背景、学科发展背景、现实需要,探讨课题研究的的必要性和创新性。第二部分在借鉴前人研究的基础上,界定了核心概念,总结了校本课程开发的相关理论,并分析了国内外研究的概况,增强课题研究的可信度与科学性。第三部分确定了本课题研究的思路与方法。第四部分展现了《钧瓷与化学》校本课程开发的流程——建立组织、分析现状、拟定目标、编制方案、实施与评价。第五部分从学生发展、文化传承 、教师成长、学校发展角度总结了在研究过程中的收获,最后整理了在《钧瓷与化学》校本课程开发过程中出现的问题和不足,为校本课程开发研究的进一步完善提供参考。

School-based curriculum development has carried out the educational policy of the country, and its characteristics are that it can fully consider the needs of society and schools, the development needs of students, the characteristics of various disciplines, the characteristics of regions, etc., and it can make up for the deficiencies of the national curriculum,meet the needs of students' individualized development, promote teachers' professional growth, form school characteristics and inherit local culture. On the basis of relevant theoretical research, based on the School-based Curriculum Development of Jun porcelain and Chemistry in Xuchang High School, this subject adopts the methods of literature research, investigation research, action research and so on. The whole process of school-based curriculum development is studied, and the positive influence of the establishment of School-based curriculum on the individualized development of students, the professional growth of teachers and the inheritance of Jun porcelain culture is demonstrated. The aim is to accumulate experience for the development of school-based curriculum and find out the train of thought and basic way of developing chemistry school-based curriculum. The first part describes the background of the study, the question raised and the significance of the study. This paper discusses the necessity and innovation of the research from the background of national policy, the background of discipline development and the practical needs. The second part defines the core concept, summarizes the relevant theories of school-based curriculum development, and analyzes the general situation of domestic and foreign research to enhance the credibility and scientific nature of the research. The third part determines the thought and method of this research. The fourth part shows the process of School-based curriculum development of Jun porcelain and Chemistry, which includes setting up organization, analyzing the present situation, drawing up goals, drawing up plans, implementing and evaluating. The fifth part summarizes the achievements in the research process from the perspectives of student development, cultural inheritance, teacher growth and school development, and finally collates the problems and deficiencies in the course of School-based Curriculum Development of Jun porcelain and Chemistry. It provides a reference for the further improvement of the school-based curriculum development and research.
