本研究报告立足于明代北京地区文人别集文献的勾稽，以明代北京籍作家的诗文别集为叙录对象，每篇叙录包括“作家小传”“传记文献”“内容提要”“著录、版本与收藏情况”“序跋、题词与评语”五部分。“作家小传”主要梳理其家世、生平、交游、创作等情况；“传记文献”主要包括行状、尺牍、墓志铭、年谱资料、府志、县志、史书等；“内容提要”则呈现作家文集的内容要旨、作品数量、文献体量等，同时对文集的刊刻、流传进行考订；“著录、版本与收藏情况”考述文集的存佚、版本、书目著录情况、当前馆藏等；“序跋、题词与评语”搜集文集内外的序跋题词及历代名家评语，择其要者加以点校整理。本报告旨在展现明代北京地区文人别集的文献价值与学术价值，为整理与辑佚工作的系统展开提供辅助，亦为明代文学、北京文学与文化的深入研究，提供更加翔实的文献支持。

This research report is based on the compilation and narration of Ming Dynasty literati collections in Beijing，and takes the poetry collection of Beijing writers in the Ming Dynasty as the narration object. Each narration includes five parts: "Writer's biography", "biographical documents", "content summary", "description, edition and collection", "preface and postscript, inscriptions and comments". "Writer's Biography" mainly combs his family, life, friends, creation and so on; The "biographical documents" mainly include lines, correspondence, epitaphs, annals, government records, county records, history books, etc. The "Content Summary" presents the content, the number of works, the volume of literature, and so on. At the same time, the printing and circulation of the anthology are reviewed. "Description, version and Collection Situation" discusses the existence and loss, version, bibliographic description, current collection, etc.; "Preface and Postscript, inscriptions and comments" collects the preface and inscriptions inside and outside the anthology and the comments of famous writers in the past dynasties, and points out and collates the important ones. The purpose of this report is to show the documentary value and academic value of the Ming Dynasty literati collections in Beijing area, to provide assistance for the systematic collation and compilation of lost works, and to provide more detailed documentary support for the in-depth study of Ming Dynasty literature and Beijing literature and culture.
