本文研究的是中等职业教育人才培养模式的问题。论文从现实的职业教育发展需要和面临的困难、挑战入手,以中职学生到“职业人”的成长为主线,通过核心概念的界定,分析了中等职业教育的“学生”特征及“职业人”的特质,探索构建在市场经济条件下的中等职业教育人才培养模式的路径和方式。 论文选取了北京A中等职业学校学生为研究对象,在前人研究理论和实践的基础上,综合运用文献法、访谈法、观察法,探讨从“学生”到“职业人”人才培养问题,主要围绕两个核心问题展开,即中等职业教育的人才培养为什么要以职业为导向?如何实现(人才培养路径)?遵循这一思路,本研究的主体部分如下:第一部分研究中等职业学校的办学指导思想;第二部分是探讨中等职业学校的人才培养定位问题;第三部分是探讨人才培养的“职业人”导向,包括课程、专业及人才培养路径等方面。期待通过研究,能够开阔视野,跳出学校看学校,跳出职教看职教,跳出行业看行业,寻找到从学生到“职业人”的人才培养路径,从而为中等职业学校出路寻找到突破口,更好的指导实践。

This paper studies the problem of secondary vocational education training model. Paper depends on the needs of the existing vocational education difficulties faced and challenges, uses the growth of vocational students to "professional" as the main line, and defined by the core concepts, in the end the paper analysis the secondary vocational education's characteristics of “students” and “professional”, then builds the training model of secondary vocational education under the conditions of a market economy. The paper selects Beijing A secondary vocational school students as the research object, on the basis of previous studies, theory and practice, and use of literature, interviews, observation to explore the personnel training from "student" to "professional", the paper mainly expand around the three core issues of secondary vocational education: a) why the personnel training has been market-oriented? b) Where to go (targeting professional people)? c) How to achieve this (personnel training path)? Follow this line of thought, the main parts of this study are as follows: The first part is secondary vocational schools sponsoring guiding ideology; the second part is to explore the positioning of the personnel training of secondary vocational schools; the third part is to investigate the personnel training, employment-oriented and market-driven including courses, professional and personnel training path. Expect through research, we can broaden our horizons, jump out to see the school, the vocational education and the industry, then find personnel training path from "student" to "professional", as while the breakthrough and better guide practice of secondary vocational school can be found.
