随着网络科技和数字化生活方式的普及,人们已经习惯于在各类软件平台中进行生活 工作和娱乐。各种软件也因此累积了大量的用户行为数据。近年来软件平台逐步开始以年 度回顾的形式将这些用户数据进行归纳和分析并呈现给用户。年度回顾功能在市场上的成 功反映了其对于特定个体心理需求的满足。年度回顾的本质在于以数字化的形式为用户创 造了回忆性的体验。以往针对回忆行为的研究表明了回忆所具有的促进社交、问题解决和 自我建构三方面心理功能。同时,回忆所包含的心理加工过程也表明了回忆对于情绪和生 命意义感的积极作用。但是这些研究的结果更多来自于传统的自由回忆研究范式,与数字 化的回顾在形式上有所差异。同时以往研究的结论更侧重于老年群体的回顾行为,对于其 他年龄段个体的回顾研究较有限。 基于此,本研究在社交媒体情境下研究个体的回顾行为。研究一采用问卷形式探究了 回顾对情绪和生命意义感的影响,对比不同年龄段个体的差异,同时研究意义建构的认知 加工对回忆的影响。研究结果表明了回顾会在一定程度上影响个体的情绪,这种效应不局 限于特定年龄群体且受到回顾内容的影响。但在这种场景下,意义建构对于回顾没有明确 作用。研究二以实验法研究年轻个体回忆积极的微博内容的行为。结果发现个体的情绪和 生命意义感得分在回顾后有显著提升,同时在强社会联结感条件下回顾时情绪和生命意义 感的改善幅度更大。综合来看,以回看社交媒体内容的形式进行回顾可以对个体,尤其是 年轻个体的情绪和生命意义感产生正向影响,此外,社交媒体情境下本身具有的高度的社 会联结感可以提升回顾对于个体心理的积极作用。研究的结果补充了回忆相关的心理学研 究理论,同时也为产品设计融入和增强回忆性体验提供了应用方向。 尽管本研究的结果可能受到研究对象范围的限制,但它拓展了回忆研究领域的理论框 架,为数字化回顾行为对个体情绪和生命意义感的影响研究提供了新的视角。同时,该研 究为产品设计师提供了关于如何在基于社交媒体的产品中融入和增强回忆性体验的有益 启示。未来研究可进一步扩大研究对象的范围,并探讨其他潜在影响回顾行为的因素。 |

With the prevalence of network technology and digital lifestyle, people have become accustomed to living, working, and entertaining on various software platforms. Consequently, these platforms have accumulated a large amount of user behavior data. In recent years, software platforms have gradually begun to summarize, analyze, and present these user data to users in the form of annual reviews. The success of the annual review function in the market reflects its ability to meet the psychological needs of specific individuals. The essence of the annual review is to create a reminiscence experience for users in a digital form. Previous studies on reminiscence behavior have shown that reminiscing has three psychological functions: promoting social interaction, problem-solving, and self-construction. Additionally, the psychological processing involved in reminiscing also indicates its positive impact on emotions and sense of life meaning. However, these results are mostly derived from traditional free reminiscence research paradigms, which differ from digital reviews in form. Moreover, previous research conclusions have focused more on the reminiscence behavior of the elderly, with limited studies on individuals from other age groups. Based on this, the present study investigates individuals' reminiscence behavior in a social media context. Study 1 used a questionnaire to explore the impact of reminiscing on emotions and sense of life meaning, comparing differences among individuals of different age groups, and examining the cognitive processing of meaning construction on reminiscing. The results showed that reminiscing can affect individuals' emotions to a certain extent, and this effect is not limited to a specific age group and is influenced by the content of reminiscing. However, in this context, meaning construction did not have a clear effect on reminiscing. Study 2 employed an experimental method to investigate the behavior of young individuals reminiscing about positive Weibo content. The results found that individuals' emotions and sense of life meaning scores significantly increased after reminiscing, and the improvement in emotions and sense of life meaning was greater when reminiscing with a strong sense of social connection. In summary, 3 reminiscing through reviewing social media content can have a positive impact on individuals' emotions and sense of life meaning, particularly for young individuals. Additionally, the high level of social connectedness inherent in the social media context can enhance the positive psychological effects of reminiscing. Although the results of this study may be limited by the scope of the research subjects, it expands the theoretical framework of reminiscence research and provides a new perspective on the impact of digital reminiscing behavior on individuals' emotions and sense of life meaning. Furthermore, this research offers valuable insights for product designers on how to integrate and enhance reminiscence experiences in social media-based products. Future research can further expand the scope of research subjects and explore other potential factors affecting reminiscing behavior |
