社会责任的相关概念早在英国工业革命时期就已经出现,随着经济社会的不断发展,企业社会责任涵盖的范围也在不断扩大,涉及到环境、法律、经济绩效等方方面面。中国互联网行业历经30多年发展,已经成为中国经济不可忽视经济支柱之一。面对市场竞争日益激烈的市场环境,部分企业为谋求更高的企业绩效,忽视了社会责任的履行。电子商务虚假销售、网络安全和电信诈骗等互联网企业社会责任缺失现象层出不穷,对环境、社会、产品安全造成威胁,破坏了中国经济市场的稳定。如何减少互联网行业社会责任缺失现象和提高互联网行业社会责任意识已成为公司、政府和社会共同面对和解决的问题。而作为企业社会责任相关概念的社会责任缺失研究,也在防范企业违反法律和道德,出现社会责任缺失行为过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。

本文试从中国互联网行业出发,对互联网行业企业社会责任概念进行探究,以利益相关者理论和契约理论为基础,对互联网行业企业绩效与其企业社会责任缺失水平之间的关系进行讨论。

Early as the British industrial revolution, the concept of social responsibility has emerged. With the continuous development of the economy and society, the scope of CSR coverage is also expanding, involving the environment, law, economic performance and other aspects. After more than 30 years of development, China's Internet industry has become one of the pillars of the Chinese economy. Facing the increasingly fierce market competition, some enterprises ignore the fulfillment of social responsibility for the aim of seeking higher corporate performance. False marketing, network security, telecom fraud and other Internet enterprises' social irresponsibility have arisen endlessly, posing a threat to society, product safety and undermining the stability of Chinese economic market. How to reduce the lack of corporate social responsibility in the Internet industry and raise the awareness of social responsibility in the Internet industry has become a problem which companies, governments and society need to think about together. As a concept related to corporate social responsibility, the study of social responsibility deficiency is also playing an increasingly important role in preventing corporate violation of laws and ethics and social responsibility deficiency.

This paper aims to explore the concept of corporate social irresponsibility in the Internet industry from the perspective of China's Internet industry, basing on stakeholder theory and contract theory, discusses the correlation between corporate performance and corporate social responsibility deficiency in the Internet industry.
