近几年,我国中学生每年的体质报告所呈现的数据表明这个群体的整体身体状况正在日益下降,因此中学生的体质状况已经成为了教育界中的热门话题。对于中学生来说,学生们的在校时间占据了学生基本整个的时间,但是中学课课练的锻炼效果并没有想象中的那么好。根据相关数据显示,我国中学生在速度素质、耐力素质、柔韧性素质、力量素质等等很多方面都呈现出下降趋势,并且下降的幅度随着年龄的增长也加大。 在本论文中,主要根据我国教育部、国家体育总局颁布的《国家学生体质健康标准(2017年修订)》中相关指标,对笔者实习期间任教的初中部初二年级学生进行健康体适能方面的各项研究。并且通过查阅相关文献资料,与指导老师积极沟通等方法,制定科学、合理的研究方案,最后对八个班班级学生测试各项成绩,从而获取各项的准确数据。通过运用健康体适能锻炼学生,将实验组和对照组进行在柔韧性,肌肉力量与耐力,速度,身体形态等方面的对比分析,以验证采取健康体适能计划方案对中学生身体素质产生的影响,希望能够为目前中学课程改革提供理论基础。 本文运用了行动研究法、重复测量方差分析等多种研究方法,以健康体适能练习方法在初中体育教学中的运用为研究对象,以北京师范大学附属中学初二学生为教学对象,把健康体适能练习方法应用到体育教学当中。得出如下结论: 1、运用健康体适能练习法,可以让体育教师对实际教学中遇到的实际问题进行反思和总结,并且结合实践经验,提出相应的解决办法,通过不断的探索与创新,有针对性的解决当前初中体育教学中学生身体素质问题,提高了教师对于中学身体素质培养的认识与理解,以及教师解决体育教学实际问题的能力。 2、在教学过程中,体育教师可以运用健康体适能,对课课练内容进行设计,能够充分调动起中学生锻炼的主动性,突出学生在体育学习中的主体地位,有效避免体育教学过程中可能出现的错误。

The physical condition of middle school students has become a hot topic of education in recent years. The data presented in the annual physical report is startling. School has become an important place for health promotion and development of middle school students. The exercise effect brought by physical education courses has not reached the expected effect, and it still has some defects in promoting the physical health of middle school students. In this paper, we use the index of national student physical health standard (revised in 2017) implemented by the Ministry of education and the State Sports General Administration, and conduct an action research on the second grade students in Junior Middle School of Beijing Normal University. By reading books and communicating with instructors, a scientific and rational practice plan is made. The eight classes of grade two in junior middle school affiliated to Beijing Normal University were studied, and related indicators were used to test the effect after physical fitness exercise, and effective data were obtained. Through the data processing analysis, respectively, heart rate and energy consumption of the students, body shape and physical quality and other aspects of comparative study, in order to test the effect of exercises of different intensity on middle school students' physical fitness, want to be able to promote the physical and mental health of students all-round development, accelerate the reform of school physical education curriculum in China to provide theoretical basis for the. In this paper, by using the method of action research method, mathematical statistics method, the fitness using teaching method in junior middle school sports teaching as the research object, the second year high school affiliated to students as teaching objects, according to the formation law of sport skills and health for teaching method was used to study the action of sports teaching, draws the following conclusion: 1. the use of action research for health teaching method in volleyball teaching, so that teachers face the problem in the process of teaching, reflection and practice, exploration and innovation of the solution to the problem, not only solve the problems in the teaching of physical education, improve the teachers for teaching and understanding of volleyball, rich the teachers to solve teaching problems in sports means. 2.in the process of teaching on health for teaching, flexible use of contact, construction, reflection, continue to design teaching, not only successfully mobilize students' learning initiative, highlighting the dominant position of students in the learning process, effectively reduces the number of errors in the teaching of physical education, to the students have a better understanding of sports skills.
