随着互联网时代的发展和智能手机的更新换代,手机在满足我们生活中各种事务需求和娱乐需求的同时,也造成了隐患,越来越多人开始无节制地使用手机,损害身体健康,影响了正常的学习和工作,大学生群体由于自控能力差和时间安排自由等特点,手机依赖问题尤其严重。因此,大学生手机依赖问题开始受到人们的广泛重视,对于手机依赖的干预研究越来越丰富。其中,认知重评被发现是手机依赖的有效干预因素,认知重评水平的提高可以帮助个体更好地应对生活中的情绪事件,从而减少对手机的依赖。团体辅导则是大学生手机依赖问题干预的有效手段,在高校应用广泛。因此,本研究旨在设计一套对大学生手机依赖问题的认知重评团体辅导方案,并验证该干预方案的有效性。 本研究采用问卷调查法和实验法对17名大学生进行干预和测量,采用情绪调节问卷、大学生智能手机成瘾量表、广泛性焦虑障碍量表和抑郁症自我评估量表来测量干预结果。结果显示:干预组大学生被试在接受认知重评团体辅导后认知重评水平显著提高(32.56±4.67,p<0.05),手机依赖问题得到显著改善(66.11±18.96,p<0.05),且与空白对照组的被试相比,认知重评水平也显著高于对照组(p<0.05),手机依赖得分显著低于对照组(p<0.05)。在团体辅导结束一个月后进行追踪测试,结果与后测无显著差异。由此可知,通过认知重评团体辅导对大学生手机依赖问题起到了良好的干预作用,且干预效果有较好的延续性。 |

With the development of the Internet era and the upgrading of smartphones, mobile phones not only meet various business and entertainment needs in our daily lives, but also pose hidden dangers. More and more people are starting to use mobile phones without restraint, damaging their physical health and affecting normal learning and work. Due to the characteristics of poor self-control and free time arrangement, the problem of mobile phone dependence is particularly serious among college students. Therefore, the issue of mobile phone dependence among college students has begun to receive widespread attention, and intervention research on mobile phone dependence is becoming increasingly rich. Among them, cognitive reappraisal has been found to be an effective intervention factor for mobile phone dependence. Improving the level of cognitive reappraisal can help individuals better cope with emotional events in life, thereby reducing dependence on mobile phones. Group counseling is an effective means of intervention for college students' mobile phone dependence, which is widely used in universities. Therefore, this study aims to design a cognitive reassessment group counseling program for college students' mobile phone dependence, and verify the effectiveness of the intervention program. This study used questionnaire survey and experimental methods to intervene and measure 17 college students. The intervention results were measured using the Emotional Regulation Questionnaire, College Student Smartphone Addiction Scale, Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale, and Depression Self Assessment Scale. The results showed that after receiving group counseling on cognitive reappraisal, the intervention group of college students significantly improved their cognitive reappraisal level (32.56 ± 4.67, p<0.05), and the problem of mobile phone dependence was significantly improved (66.11 ± 18.96, p<0.05). Compared with the blank control group, the cognitive reappraisal level was also significantly higher than the control group (p<0.05), and the score of mobile phone dependence was significantly lower than the control group (p<0.05). A follow-up test was conducted one month after the end of group counseling, and the results showed no significant difference from the post test. From this, it can be seen that group counseling through cognitive reassessment has played a good intervention role in the issue of college students' mobile phone dependence, and the intervention effect has a good continuity. |
