随着社会的发展,学校不仅关注学生在知识技能上获得的积累和提高,更关注到学生在心理素质上获得的提升。大学是人生中的一个重要阶段,是脱离家庭由青年走向成年、由依赖走向独立的心理变化关键期。然而近年来多项研究表明,大学生的心理健康状况令人堪忧。大学生的心理健康引起了社会、学校、家庭以及有关专家的广泛关注。
艺术特长生这个应素质教育的要求,逐步扩大并活跃在大学校园里的特殊群体,其存在和显现性已不得不受到关注。探索艺术特长生的心理健康对于艺术特长生的特定培养有着重要意义。
本研究以北京师范大学艺术特长生和普通大学生各50名为例,采用SCL-90量表对两者的心理健康进行探索。研究发现:
1. 北京师范大学艺术特长生心理健康各因子较为稳定,强迫因子上得分相对较高。与全国大学生常模相比较,艺术特长生在除躯体化因子和焦虑因子外的强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性、睡眠及饮食因子的平均分上,均较全国常模水平低。
2.北京师范大学本科生与全国大学生常模相比较,心理健康状况较好。其中,躯体化因子平均得分较高,强迫、人际关系、焦虑、抑郁、敌对性、恐怖、偏执、精神病性、睡觉及饮食因子平均得分较低。
3.北京师范大学艺术特长生心理健康状况略差于普通学生,但差异不显著。
4. 是否艺术特长生、年级、院系、性别以及对其的交互分析总分中,心理健康都未显示出显著性差异。是否艺术特长生*性别、是否艺术特长生*院系在躯体化因子上有显著性差异。

With the development of society, school not only pay attention to the knowledge skills and improving,but also to the students' psychological quality of ascension. University is an important stage in life, from adolescence to adult,from dependence to independence. But in recent years, many studies show that college students' mental health worrying. College students' mental health has already caused attention of society, school, family and experts.
Required by the education for all-round development ,the group of undergraduates with artistic skill gradually expand and active in university campuses.Its existence and particularity appeared to be attention. To explore the psychological health of the undergraduates with artistic skill helps to the special cultivating of this special group.
In this research, I took 50 people of the normal students and 50 people of undergraduates with artistic skill as an example ,and use SCL - 90 scale to explore these two groups.Findings:
1.The psychological elements score of students with artistic skill are stable,and the forcing factor is a little higher. Compared with norms of college students ,most of the mental health of students with artistic skill better beside the factor of anxiety and somatization.
2. Compared with norms of college students ,the mental health of students of Beijing normal university is better. Among them, the factor of somatization has a higher average score while the factor of forced, interpersonal relationships, anxiety, depression, hostility, phobia, paranoid, psychotic, sleep and dietary get a lower average score.
3. The mental health of undergraduates with artistic skill is not as good as the ordinary students, but the difference was not significant.
4. Whether students with artistic skill, grade, department, gender, and their total score in the interactive analysis show no significant diffrences in Mental Health. But students with artistic skill * gender, students with artistic skill * Department show significant differences in the physical elements.
