舞蹈编创课程是舞蹈专业学生必修的主干课程，在大部分高校的课程设置中是作为重点学科来进行教学的。就地方高校生源的特殊性，学生受专业训练时间短，对舞蹈艺术的审美感受较弱，舞蹈编创课程如果只局限于身体动作的开发，便达不到舞蹈创作的最终目的，所以更为重要的是思维能力和创新意识得到锻炼。那么怎样才能体现出思维和创新意识得到锻炼和突破呢？首先要思考普通高校舞蹈专业的毕业生怎样才能适用于社会。学生就业之后面临的就业环境本身狭窄，能从事专业舞蹈教学的机会不多，大部分面临的是中小学、社会力量办学、单位工会等等。能把大学所学能为之所用的机会渺小，在这样的环境中能否体现工作价值，关键还在于四年的学习中能否有让自我身体、思维意识、创新能力得到锻炼。本文着重从舞蹈主干课程的编导课出发，提出“编创基本构思”的概念，以怎样培养综合人才为目标对训练方法进行分析。

The dance creation course is a compulsory course for the students majoring in dance.In most colleges and universities,the curriculum is set as a key discipline to teach.On the special nature of the local college students,the students are trained in short time,and the aesthetic feeling of dance art is weak.If only limited to the development of body movements,they can not reach the goal of dance creation.So it is more important to cultivate the thinking ability and the innovation consciousness.So how can we reflect the thinking and innovation awareness of the exercise? First of all,we should think about how to apply to the society of dance professional graduates in Colleges and Universities.After graduation ,students face the employment environment is narrow.The opportunity to engage in professional dance teaching is not much.Most of the graduates are faced with primary and secondary schools,social forces,and the unit of labor unions,etc.The opportunity to use the knowladges of the university is slim.In such an environment can reflect the value of work,the key lies in the four years of learning can make self body,thinking,innovation ability to get exercise.This paper focuses on the dance courses in directing class of creative,put forward the‘concept of basic conception’ .This paper analyzes how to cultivate ,the comprehensive talents as the goal of the training method.
