随班就读教育在西方很多国家有着悠久的历史。从国际随班就读教育的发展上看,随班就读教育在政策上、效率上都有不同的进步,越来越多的有特殊需要的儿童走进普通学校就读,越来越多的儿童受到了平等的教育,这与全民教育、教育平等化的趋势相符合。但是随着随班就读工作的大力开展,普通小学的教师在面对随班就读生时,可以说是心有余而力不足。班上的好位置不会让给他们,反而最角落的地方才是他们的;班上的集体活动,他们从来没有机会参加;在课上,教师很少会为他们设计教学环节,因为他们已经是随班就读生,他们的成绩不会记入班集体的整体成绩;期末复习阶段,正常学生是最繁忙的,而随班就读生是最轻闲的时候……,随班就读生的教育在表面上已经做到了全纳,但是实际上他们有什么样的收获呢?是不是在随班就混呢?!本项研究采用文献研究法、实验法、案例分析法进行研究。研究对象是北京市东城区某小学一位轻度智障随班就读生。通过对东城区某小学一位轻度智障随班就读生的干预,研究者感受到了这种干预对随班就读生综合素质的提高是具有可行性的,并有一定的效果,认为随班就读生本身是存在着身体缺陷,但是如果教师能够结合其特点与正常学生进行分层教学,找到其进步的关键点,就可以使其发生预期的变化。
