笔画是组成现代汉字字形的最小单位，是最具有应用价值的汉字结构单位。给现代汉字建立一个科学、统一的笔画名称及其笔形标准，是汉字字形处理和现代汉字规范化的基础性工作。但是现代汉字笔形和笔画名称至今还不统一，现代汉字笔画拆分和变异仍没有标准的依据，这些现象给现代汉字字形规范和整理带来一定的困扰。为此，国家语言文字工作委员会组织制定了两个笔画规范：《信息处GBI3000.1字符集汉字折笔规范》(2001年12月19日发布)和由教育部语言文字信息管理司提出立项、国家语言文字工作委员会语言文字规范（标准）审定委员会审定《汉字笔画规范（即将发布）》。本文将从笔画的分类和命名原则，汉字笔画变异的条件等方面进行说明和讨论，使大家更进一步地了解当前笔画规范的状况。同时，本文又对CJK-A字库中6582个汉字进行笔画拆分，并对其属性做相应的调查，由此得出的数据，为《汉字笔画规范（宋、仿、楷、黑）》课题组和计算机汉字字库的整理录入提供基础的数据和参考。本文出于行文简洁的需要，将一些与正文相关的内容列为附录。

Stroke are the basis to produce characters and the most practical structure units of Chinese Character .To estabilish scientific,systermatical consistent stroke name and stoke standard is fundamental work for form processing and standadization of mordern Chinese character. However, the non-standardization phenomenon which in modern T-shaped and the number of strokes of Chinese characters name has brought certain problems. In consideration of this, the State Language Work Committee has formulated two stoke standards: Chinese characters folding pen standard of GB13000.1 character set for Information Processing(issued in December 19，2001)and Chinese characters Stroke Standard（will be issued soon）．The paper will explain and discussed the principles of classification and naming of strokes, the number of strokes of Chinese Characters and other aspects of the conditions of deformed to make readers understand them better . At the same time, the article has separated Chinese characters and investigated properties of 6582 Chinese characters in CJK-A font .The resulting data from that investigation can be taken as basis data and references in drawing up stroke standards of Chinese characters and the collation of the computer input Chinese characters.The addendum includes some materials relevant to the paper.
