近年来,中国网络游戏类产业的对外投资呈现出前所未有的发展势头,游戏产业的出海规模和海外市场渗透范围不断扩大。本文采用广义的“双钻石”模型作为研究的理论框架,从要素条件,需求条件,企业战略、结构、竞争和政府的视角,对我国游戏类企业在国外投资中的优势进行分析。并且,文章还结合“双钻石”模型,探析TikTok游戏海外发展的现状和挑战,并探讨其应对策略。本文发现我国游戏类企业具有“出海”的优势,例如,科学技术创新的优势较大;海外用户的游戏购买力提高;游戏产品消费意向提高;出海战略方面,企业注重游戏本地化;中国政府注重在游戏产业中推广文化。而针对“出海”带来的一系列挑战,本文提出以下建议:第一,出海游戏应鼓励原创,加强游戏设计和制作的创新能力,通过市场调研不断完善游戏本地化服务。第二,政府和企业要重视人才队伍的建设。第三,鼓励我国游戏品牌迈向国际市场。 |

In recent years, the overseas investment of Chinese online games industry has shown unprecedented development momentum, the scale of the game industry at sea and the penetration of overseas markets have been expanding. This paper adopts the broad "double diamond" model as the theoretical framework for the study, and analyzes the advantages of Chinese gaming enterprises in foreign investment from the perspectives of factor condition, demand condition, enterprise strategy, structure, competition and government. In addition, the article combines the "Double Diamond" model to analyze the current situation and challenges of TikTok 's overseas development and explore its coping strategies. This paper finds that Chinese game enterprises have the advantage of "going out to sea", for example, the advantages of scientific and technological innovation are greater; Increased purchasing power of games for overseas users; The consumption intention of game products increases; In the area of shipping strategy, enterprises pay attention to the localization of games. The Chinese government focuses on promoting culture in the gaming industry. Aiming at a series of challenges brought by "going out to sea", this paper puts forward the following suggestions: first, going out to sea games should encourage originality, strengthen the innovation ability of game design and production, and improve game localization service through market research. Second, the government and enterprises should attach importance to the construction of talented people. Thirdly, we should encourage our game brands to move to the international market. |
