社会的主要经济形态经由农业经济发展到工业经济,继而演化出现在的数字经济,数字经济发展有其独有的特征,速度上的迅速、范围上的广泛、影响上的深刻,它对人们一贯以来的生活方式,企业固守多年的生产方式以及政府习以为常的治理模式都产生着巨大的革命效应,对全球资源的重组、全球经济结构的重塑、全球竞争态势的重构,都起到关键的作用。本文着重研究数字产品的锁定现象,转换成本、网络外部性和正反馈是数字产品的独有特征,共同影响着数字产品的锁定策略,决定着数字企业在市场竞争中的兴衰成败。 本文首先进行了教育信息化、锁定效应与策略的相关理论的文献回顾,从数字产品的角度,分析锁定的重要意义所在,研究锁定策略的影响因素、类型。基于一定的理论基础,聚焦于数字产品的教育信息化领域,采用PEST、波特五力模型分析工具,剖析教育信息化企业C公司采取的一系列锁定策略,评估其锁定策略的效果,同时结合教育信息化企业C公司在疫情前后的变化进一步验证了锁定策略的有效性,分析其不足之处。以进一步指导数字企业在数字经济中的锁定策略制定、营销方法选取。 从中我们得出结论:锁定策略决定着数字企业在市场竞争中的兴衰成败,作为数字企业的教育信息化C公司不容忽视锁定策略的制定。在充分理解转移成本如何影响顾客的原理上,利用网络外部性,将营销方法聚焦在引发正反馈上,持续不断采取多种锁定策略,将顾客牢牢锁定在自己的产品中,可使得企业在数字经济的无硝烟市场战争中打赢胜仗。 |

The main economic form of society develops from the agricultural economy to the industrial economy,then it develops to the digital economy. The digital economy has its own unique characteristics:rapid speed, extensive scope, profound impact.It has a huge revolutionary effect on people's way of life.It plays a key role on the production mode of enterprises and the government's governance model.the reorganization of global resources, the reshaping of the global economic structure, the reconstruction of the global competitive situation. This paper focuses on the phenomenon of digital product locking. Conversion cost, network externality and positive feedback are the unique characteristics of digital products, they affect the locking strategy of digital products jointly and determine the success or failure of digital enterprises in market competition. Firstly,this paper conducts a literature review of the relevant theories of education informatization, locking effect and strategy. From the perspective of digital products, this paper analyzes the importance of locking,and studies the influencing factors and types of locking strategies. Secondly,Basing on these theoretical foundation, focusing on the field of education informatization of digital products, this paper uses PEST and Porter five force model analysis tools to analyze a series of locking strategies adopted by education informatization enterprise C company, and then this paper evaluates the effect of its locking strategy. At the same time, combined with the changes of education informatization company C before and after the epidemic, the paper further verifies the effectiveness of the lock-in strategy and analyzes its shortcomings. Thirdly,the paper guides the formulation of locking strategy and the selection of marketing methods for digital enterprises in the digital economy. From this, we can conclude that the lock-in strategy determines the success or failure of digital enterprises in the market competition, and as a digital enterprise, education informatization C company cannot ignore the formulation of lock-in strategy. Based on a full understanding of how transfer costs affect customers, using network externality, focusing marketing methods on triggering positive feedback, and continuously adopting a variety of locking strategy to lock customers firmly in their own products, enterprises can win the battle in the smokeless market war of the digital economy. |
