大学生的就业问题是社会关注的热点,大学生专业实习获得感作为衡量大学生实习质量的一个新方向,本研究探索大学生的专业实习获得感的内涵和影响因素,基于扎根理论阅读并梳理相关文献,基于文献理论基础进行访谈设计,对20位来自11个不同专业的有专业实习经历的受访者进行了面对面访谈,对访谈资料进行三级编码,最终形成了专业实习获得感内涵及影响因素的模型。研究发现,大学生专业实习获得感的概念内涵主要有三个维度:技能能力、认知水平、职业发展;大学生专业实习获得感的影响因素主要包括 5类:个体因素、任务因素、群体因素、管理因素、物质因素。 |

As a new direction to measure the quality of college students' internship, this study explores the connotation and influencing factors of college students' sense of professional internship, based on grounded theory, and conducts interview design based on grounded theory, conducts face-to-face interviews with 20 respondents with professional internship experience from 11 different majors, codes the interview data at three levels, and finally forms a model of the connotation and influencing factors of professional internship acquisition. The results show that there are three main dimensions of the concept of college students' sense of acquisition of professional internship: skill ability, cognitive level and career development, and the influencing factors of college students' sense of acquisition of professional internship mainly include five categories: individual factors, task factors, group factors, management factors and material facto. |
