韩国现行的大学招生制度是为了适应社会需要和学生及家长的要求不断改革完善至 今的结果。在一般的韩国人看来,大学招生制度改革是关系考生命运,影响千家万户的 大事,每次改革都会引来媒体竞相报道、社会各界议论纷纷;而在教育界看来,大学招 生制度改革不仅属于高等教育的问题,更深刻左右着中等教育的方向。那么,目前的大 学招生制度是为了解决什么样的问题、达到怎样的目的而进行的,在什么样的调整下形 成现有制度,对广大高中生又产生了怎样的影响?本文试图对这些问题进行梳理,以对 相关研究提供参考。 本论文共分为五章。第一章为绪论,包括核心概念界定、韩国大学招生制度研究现 状。第二章为韩国大学招生制度的变迁,梳理了从1945年韩国解放以后到今天的大学招 生制度的变迁内容。第三章为韩国大学招生制度的现状,对现行大学招生制度的形式与 过程进行说明,同时分析不同类型大学的招生制度个案。第四章通过调查和访谈等研究 方法分析现行大学招生制度存在的问题。第五章对大学招生制度改革趋势及特征进行了 整理。最后,本文认为,韩国的大学招生制度是虽然历经13次的变迁,但仍是引起不断争 议的对象,这是由于其特殊的文化背景所引的。本文认为,要使韩国大学招生制度为充 分发挥其应有功能,应该进一步加强和保障大学的自主性。
外文摘要:
The university entrance examination system in South Korea is a system that has been momentarily altered and modified in order to meet the demand of the society and the education system. Especially, the current entrance examination system aims to provide a future education direction to the high school graduate by taking advantages, overcoming weaknesses, and making full use of the positive role of the examination system. However, it still has not shifted form the platitude of “University entrance examination system”, and also, on the other hand, the intense competitions within popular universities are caused by relative evaluation. This report is divided into 5 chapters. The first chapter is introduction, which consists the definition of core concept, the research of current situation as well as basic theory of South Korea’s examination system. In the second chapter, the changes of the system is discussed that indicates the content of the changes form the liberation in 1945 until the recent society. The current situation of the examination system is introduced in chapter three, demonstrates the findings of the data that is need in the entrance examination system, and the different ways of students’ enrollment of different types of educational institutions. In the fourth chapter, by doing research and interviews/questionnaires, the issues existing in the system are discussed. The last chapter is about the contents of reforming the current examination system. In conclusion, even though South Korea’s higher education entrance system has experienced 15 times changes, whereas it is still a popular topic that have been under debate in the modern society. In order to make the system operates properly and efficiently, it can be suggested according to the following aspects: The autonomy of the universities in the examination system should be more guaranteed.
