湖滨地区地处生态交错带,具有调节气候、净化水体、维持生物多样性等多种重要功能,但生态敏感性强、稳定性较差。近年来,强烈的人类活动使湖滨的环境负荷和资源压力不断增大,区域内生态环境遭到严重地破坏。而人类活动以及人地关系矛盾激化突出表现在关键生态因子,即土地利用覆被变化(Land Use/ Land Cover Change,LUCC)和生态系统服务(Ecosystem Service Value,ESV)的变化上。华阳河湖群是长江中下游地区重要的湿地,传统经济增长方式已经给该地区带来了日益严重的环境污染。研究湖滨生态产业模式和空间配置,探索一条既能保护良好的生态环境又能促进经济较快增长的发展道路,具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文基于“发展生态产业、促进生态保护与资源合理利用相结合”的思路,研究了适用于研究区这类湖滨水陆生态交错带的生态产业模式、体系及其布局与配置,主要内容包括:首先,对生态产业的基础理论与实践成果进行了梳理,对华阳河湖群地区的自然地理、人口与经济、产业与国民经济运行之间的关系进行了研究。从有利和限制两方面探讨了生态产业的发展条件,从生态、经济、文化三方面提出了生态产业建设的必要性。结果表明:经济重心和人口重心有向西南方向移动的趋势,今后重点发展的产业为水产业、种植业、禽畜业和旅游业。其次,对关键生态因子:LUCC及ESV的空间分异性进行分析。水域对于华阳河湖群地区的土地利用方式产生了深刻的影响,伴随着地形的起伏和距离湖泊中心距离的远近,土地利用类型由水域过渡为耕地、林地,建设用地在各部分不均匀分布。土地集约利用程度北部高于南部和中部,在距湖泊18km-21km中心内,可利用的土地资源面积最多为1003.13km2,土地利用类型最丰富,ESV随着湖泊中心向外逐渐减小。再次,构建了华阳河湖群地区生态产业模式体系。确定生态种植业、生态渔业以及生态畜牧业、生态工业、生态服务业为生态产业的关键产业。运用生态产业模式的设计方法,共设计了草食畜牧业模式、生态经济产业园综合开发模式等8种生态农业模式、农副产品加工模式、生态工业园区模式5种生态工业模式和湖泊观光旅游模式、复合生态旅游模式等4种生态旅游业模式,并对每种模式绘制了模式图,对生产元素和循环过程进行了详细说明,构建了华阳河湖群地区的生态产业模式体系。最后,以LUCC及ESV的空间分异规律为依据,以关键产业和生态产业模式为对象,参考生态经济区划,分别以生态农业园区、生态工业园区、生态旅游园区为实证,提出了生态产业模式的空间配置方案,并对园区发展方向、适用的生态产业模式和产业类型进行了详细的阐述。将关键生态因子(LUCC和ESV)空间分异性作为生态产业模式设计及其空间配置的依据,使生态产业模式及空间配置更具科学性,其应用和推广也更具可操作性;通过促进生态保护与产业发展的结合,为湖滨地区可持续发展提供了一个典型的范例。进一步研究可深入探讨生态产业链的物质流、能流、信息流和价值流耦合及产业生态效率分析等。

Lakeside area is one type of ecotone, which is between aquatic ecosystem and terrestrial ecosystem. The functions of lakeside are regulating climate, intercepting and filtering material, purifying water, and maintaining biodiversity. Inrecentyears, the environmental load and resource pressure of lakeside is increasing.Huayang lake area is an important lake group ecotone of the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze river, The traditional way of economic growth has brought increasingly serious environmental disruption. Thus, a research on lake ecological industry pattern and spatial configuration,exploring a growth road that can not only maintain good ecological system function but also realize the rapid economic growth, has an important theoretical and realistic significance. This study has chosen ecological industry as the new path of development for the research area, studied the appropriate ecological industry model, system, distribution and allocation. The main contents include:Firstly, this article classified the overview and theoretical basis of ecological industry, clearered the applicability of ecological industry in lakeside area. Then, it explored the advantage and disadvantage conditions of the ecological industry development and proposed the necessity of ecological industry from the aspect of ecological, economy and culture. The results show that the economic barky center and population gravity point tend to move towards the southwest direction. The strategy for future development will emphasize the aquaculture, crop farming, livestock and poultry industry and tourism.Secondly, this article studied the differentiation of LUCC and ESV. Water area plays a profound impact on land utilization type, affected by the terrain change and the distance to the lake, land utilization type change from water area to cultivated land and forest, construction land is unevenly distributed in each part of the area. Land use intensity in north is higher than south and middle, within 18 km to 21 km from the lake, available land area is1003.13km2and land use type is richest. The ESV is reducing with the increase of distance to the lake.Thirdly, this article constructed the industrial eco-system in Huayang lakeside area. Key industries is ecological farming, ecological fishery, ecological animal husbandry, and ecological industry and ecosystem services. Using the design method of ecological industry model, this article designed 8 ecological agriculture modes such as “Plant-eating animal husbandry mode” and “Ecological economy industrial park comprehensive development mode”; 5 ecological industry modes such as “Agricultural and sideline products processing mode” and “Ecological industrial park model”; 4 ecological tourism modes such as “Lake tourism model” and “Compound ecological tourism model”. Then this article uses the circulation pattern picture to illustrate the production elements and cyclic process and then uses these 17 models to construct the model system of ecological industry in Huayang lakeside area.In the end, this article based on differentiation of LUCC and ESV, made the key industries and ecological industry modes as object, took the ecological agriculture park, ecological industrial park and ecological tourism park as examples to analysis the distribution and allocation of ecological industry. Then the article discussed the development trend of the park, applicable model of ecological industry and industry types.This article made the differentiation of LUCC and ESV as the basis of ecological industry modes design and the adaption of ecological industry, made the ecological industry modes and the spatial allocation is more scientific, its application and popularization also more maneuverability. By promoting the combination of ecological protection and industrial development, provided a typical example for the lakeside area sustainable development. The further study can focus on the coupling of material flow, energy flow, information flow and value flow of ecological industry chain, as well as the industrial ecology efficiency.
