随着“艺考热”不断升温和艺术生数量的增长,国家非常重视艺术生的培养和选拔,但是由于艺术生学习和选拔的特殊性,使得艺术生的班级管理一直存在难度,学校和老师们也在不断摸索艺术生班级管理的模式和方法。 本研究选取了廊坊市第N中学高一和高二的艺术生作为研究对象,使用问卷调查法、个案研究法和访谈法的研究方法,以其班级管理情况、原因和对策为研究内容,将班级管理中“学生心理健康管理”、“班级组织管理”和“学习能力管理”作为切入点,以人本主义管理理论和多元智能理论为理论基础。 经过研究发现,高中艺术生们普遍感到压力较大,对文化课成绩或艺术专业课成绩时常感到自卑等负面情绪,但是学校和老师对于学生心理健康问题重视程度不够,学生们缺少正规的心理疏导途径。研究还发现班级管理的模式和机制都比较落后,学生们虽然参与班级管理的意愿比较强烈,但是缺少有效途径和机制。在学习能力管理方面,很多学生对自己的成绩感到不满意,自制力方面有所欠缺,而学校的学习方法课程也比较少。 根据调查发现的问题,本人进行了原因分析,并根据所查文献和个人经验积极寻找应对策略。学校方面,应该实行学科+艺术的双班主任制;完善艺术班班主任的培训制度;加强家校合作,营造有利于学生发展的良好环境。班主任方面,需要更新管理理念、提升管理能力;利用网络科技手段云管理,填补管理盲区;加强与学生之间的沟通交流,并健全以人为本、学生自主管理的班级制度。学生方面,则需要加强自主管理的意识,提升自主管理能力,在班级中形成自主管理的文化氛围。相信通过多方的努力,艺术生的班级管理工作一定能取得更好的效果和成绩。 |

As the "art examination fever" continues to heat up and the number of art students grows, the country attaches great importance to the training and selection of art students. Due to the particularity of art students' learning and selection, class management of art students has always been difficult. Schools and teachers We are constantly exploring the models and methods of class management for art students. This study selects art students from the first and second grades of the N Middle School in Langfang City as the research objects. It uses the research methods of questionnaire survey, case study and interview method. The research content is based on their class management, reasons and countermeasures. In the management, student mental health management, class organization management and learning ability management are the entry points. This research is based on humanistic management theory and multiple intelligence theory. Research has found that high school art students generally feel more pressured and often feel negative emotions such as low self-esteem for cultural class performance or art professional performance. However, schools and teachers do not pay enough attention to students’ mental health problems, and students lack formal psychological counseling channels. The study also found that the models and mechanisms of class management are relatively backward. Although students are more willing to participate in class management, they lack effective ways and mechanisms. In terms of learning ability management, many students are dissatisfied with their grades, lacking in self-control, and there are relatively few learning methods courses in schools. Based on the problems found in the survey, I have analyzed the causes, and actively sought coping strategies based on the literature and personal experience reviewed. Schools should implement a dual class teacher system of subject + art; improve the training system for art class teachers; strengthen home-school cooperation to create a good environment conducive to student development. For class teachers, it is necessary to update management concepts and improve management capabilities; use network technology to cloud management to fill management blind spots; strengthen communication with students, and improve the people-oriented, student-self-managed class system. For students, it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of autonomous management, enhance the ability of autonomous management, and form a cultural atmosphere of autonomous management in the class. I believe that through various efforts, the class management of art students will surely achieve better results and results. |
