进入21世纪,国家愈发重视美育在高校人才培养中的重要性。作为培养学生全面发展的重要途径之一,高校必须要高度重视美育建设,将美育渗透于教学之中,以实现立德树人目标。现阶段我国高校在美育通识教育方面仍存在学校美育工作的组织管理不到位、美育通识课程体系不够完善、保障机制不够健全等一系列问题。基于此,本文对样本院校美育通识教育现状进行深入探讨,并结合相关理论与政策提出建议,旨在进一步落实高校美育工作,彰显高校美育价值。

本研究以部属综合性院校——B大学为个案研究对象,通过发放问卷、访谈等方式了解B大学美育通识教育现状。研究者基于供需关系理论、三全育人理论和课程设置理论,将高校通识教育课程组成要素分为:(1)组织层面出于教学意义设定教学的目标、规定教学组织;(2)教学设计层面为教学实施的主要内容,包括教学对象、教学内容、教学方法、授课教师和教学保障;(3)教学评价层面为评估教学效果和完善教学设计具有多种方式方法。根据以上研究内容,总结高校美育通识教育存在的主要问题,分析导致高校美育通识教育问题的主要成因并提出相应改进策略。

研究者通过对B大学的调研,总结出引发高校美育通识教育问题的主要成因为高校对美育通识教育认识不充分、高校美育组织架构和管理制度不健全,缺乏落实和高校美育课程设置体系缺乏系统化、科学性,保障短缺三方面。高校美育通识教育改革,要基于当前国家美育相关政策以及学生需求分析各高校美育现状,因地制宜建立美育体系,规范高校美育通识教育工作。

基于个案调查和问卷访谈结果,本文从以下三个方面提出改进策略,分别为(1)组织管理上:深化高校美育理念,强化美育组织管理;(2)课程设置上:兼顾不同学生群体需求,实现高校美育分层供给;(3)课程保障上:建立专业师资队伍,组织多元美育活动,营造校园美育氛围。由此,在各方努力下,进一步加强与改进高校美育通识教育工作,使美育成为全面发展教育的中坚力量。

In the 21st century, the country is paying more and more attention to the importance of aesthetic education in the training of college students. As one of the important ways to cultivate students' all-round development, colleges and universities must attach great importance to the construction of aesthetic education, and permeate aesthetic education in teaching in order to realize the goal of establishing morality and educating people. At present, there are still some problems such as inadequate organization and management of aesthetic education, imperfect curriculum system and incomplete guarantee system in colleges and universities in our country. Based on this, this paper analyzes the present situation of aesthetic education in sample colleges and universities, and puts forward some suggestions based on relevant theories and policies, aiming to further implement aesthetic education in colleges and universities and show the value of aesthetic education in universities.

This study takes University B, which is part of the comprehensive university, as a case study to understand the current situation of aesthetic education in University B by means of questionnaire and interview. Based on the theory of supply and demand, the theory of education and the theory of curriculum design, the author divides the components of general education curriculum into: (1) the organizational level sets the teaching target and the teaching organization according to the teaching meaning; (2) The teaching design dimension is the main content of the teaching implementation, including the teaching object, the teaching content, the teaching method, the teaching teacher and the teaching guarantee; (3) There are many ways and means to evaluate teaching effect and perfect teaching design at the level of teaching evaluation. According to the above research contents, the main problems of aesthetic education in colleges and universities are summarized, the main causes of aesthetic education in colleges and universities are analyzed, and the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward.

Through the investigation of University B, the author concludes that the main causes of the general aesthetic education in colleges and universities are insufficient knowledge of the general aesthetic education, inadequate organizational structure and management system, lack of implementation, lack of systematization and shortage of guarantee. The reform of aesthetic education in colleges and universities should be based on the current national aesthetic education policies and the needs of students to analyze the present situation of aesthetic education in colleges and universities, establish aesthetic education system according to local conditions and standardize the work of aesthetic education in colleges and universities.

Based on the results of case study and questionnaire interview, this paper proposes three improvement strategies from the following aspects: (1) Deepening aesthetic education philosophy in colleges and strengthening aesthetic education organizational management; (2) Curriculum design: taking into account the needs of different groups of students, to achieve layered provision of aesthetic education in colleges and universities; (3) Curriculum security: to establish professional teaching staff, organize diversified aesthetic education activities, and create a campus aesthetic education atmosphere. Therefore, under the efforts of all parties, further strengthen and improve the general education of aesthetic education in colleges and universities, so that aesthetic education becomes the backbone of all-round development of education.
