ESG 在全球范围内得到了广泛关注和推动，到 2022 年年底，美国的 ESG 投资市场的规模已经超过 17 万亿美元。中国也在积极推动 ESG 发展。中国证监会发布了《关于进一步推动上市公司提高质量的若干意见》，其中包含了对上市公司治理的进一步要求，标志着中国 ESG 的发展进入了全面发展阶段， 在环境、社会和治理三个方面的表现都得到了显著提升。在中国的各个行业中， 医药行业在 ESG 的发展上表现出了显著的领先性。据统计，截至 2023 年，中 国已有超过 500 家医药企业发布了 ESG 报告，占比超过 15%，远高于其他行 业。基于上诉背景，本文综合运用层次分析法和熵权法，重点分析中国医疗器 械龙头迈瑞医疗，明确我国医疗器械行业目前的发展和应用现状，并给出后续 可以更加完善的建议，为未来我国在医疗器械行业的 ESG 评价体系优化提供一定参考。

ESG has received widespread attention and promotion worldwide, and as of 2022, the ESG investment market in the United States has exceeded $17 trillion. China is also actively promoting the development of ESG. The China Securities Regulatory Commission has issued several opinions on further promoting the improvement of the quality of listed companies, which includes further requirements for the governance of listed companies, marking that the development of ESG in China has entered a comprehensive stage of development. Its environmental, social, and governance performance has been significantly improved. In various industries in China, the pharmaceutical industry has shown significant leadership in developing ESG. According to statistics, as of 2023, more than 500 pharmaceutical companies in China have released ESG reports, accounting for over 15%, far higher than other industries. Based on the background of the appeal, this article comprehensively applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Weight Method, focusing on analyzing China's medical device leader Mindray Medical, clarifying the current development and application status of China's medical device industry, and providing suggestions for further improvement, providing a certain reference for optimizing China's ESG evaluation system in the medical device industry in the future.
