本文基于德里达对福柯写作《疯癫与文明》的方法的质疑，在阐述德里达质疑的合理性基础上，从尝试解决福柯未曾解决的问题的角度去理解吕楠及其摄影，提出让疯癫自己言说、赋予疯癫人的尊严的新方式。并考察这个新方式对于这个问题的符合性，解决问题的可能性和局限性。本文主要采用文献研究法和调查法这两种研究方法，通过研读文本材料，弄清思想脉络，进行比较分析。本文希望达到的结论在于肯定吕楠摄影的积极作用，证明其和福柯写作《疯癫与文明》来让疯癫自己言说具有目的上的一致性，同时又在“感动”这一层面上具有文字实践不具备的独特效果，因而可以视为完成福柯希望的一种新的有积极作用的尝试。

This essay is based on Jacques Derrida’s query on Michel Foucault’s method of writing in Madness and Civilization. After expounding Derrida‘s query, I will introduce and interpret Lu Nan and his method of photography as an attempt to solve the problem Michel Foucault failed to solve, which is how to let mental patients speak for themselves and maintain their human dignity. This essay will focus on whether Lu Nan’s photography and method accord with the problem Foucault failed to solve, as well as the possibility and limitation of Lu Nan’s approach to solving the problem. The main research methods of this essay are literature research and the investigation，by which I read materials and make comparisons. As for the aim of this essay, I plan to demonstrate the positive influence of Lu Nan’s photography, which not only has a similar aim as Foucault’s research, but also has an unique advantage to achieve the way of ‘moving’ that Derrida mentioned as another way to solve the problem, as opposed to Foucault’s way of ‘writing’. Lu Nan’s method can be a positive attempt to solve the problem.
