近几十年来,随着经济的快速增长,现有的经济发展模式逐渐无法与资源环境的可持续发展理念相协调。这一点在产业园区内部更为突出,产业园区作为实现循环经济的载体,其建设与完善是解决当前经济发展与资源环境之间矛盾的重要手段。
以鲁北工业园区为例,采用物质流分析(MFA)方法,对物质生产效率和回收利用展开评估,核算园区内产业链中各个环节输入、输出、循环利用量。通过对主导循环的物质成分进行分析发现物质资源在园区内部的代谢过程与硫元素的代谢过程基本吻合。进而对园区硫代谢效率进行了核算分析,结果显示园区整体的物质循环利用率达到87.75%,各个企业的循环利用率均在80%以上。鲁北园区磷铵-水泥-硫酸联产产业链极大程度完成了硫元素的循环利用,并且作为联系多条产业链的枢纽提高整个园区内产业的关联度。该园区生产模式是生态工业园区物质循环的典范,物质资源的有机整合为生态产业园区的建设提供了新思路。

With the rapid development of economy, the existing economic development model cannot keep up with the concept of sustainable development of resources and environment in recent decades. This issue is more obvious in the industrial parks. Industrial park is a carrier for the realization of circular economy, its construction and improvement is an important way for resolving the contradiction between the current eco nomic development and the sustainable development of resources and environment.
Taking Lubei eco-industrial Park as an example, the aim of this research is to use Material Flow Analysis (MFA) to evaluate material production and recycling efficiencies, then accounting for the input, output, and reuse of industry chains in the park. The analysis of dominant material composition found that resources metabolic processes within the park are in line with the process of sulfur metabolism. The result showed that sulfur metabolism efficiency in the overall park can reach 87.75%, and the enterprise utilization efficiency of all the enterprises are above 80%. The chain of ammonium phosphate cement - sulfuric acid combined present a great degree of sulfur reusing, and it also served as the core connections for improving the correlations of the whole industry. The production mode of Lubei Park is an successful example for material reusing and recycling of eco-industrial park, and the organic integration of material resources in this park provides a basis for other parks’ construction and development.
