本研究报告将二十一世纪初我国两次思想品德课程标准的实施与修订过程纳入研究视野。分析和探讨《全日制义务教育思想品德课程标准（实验稿）》在课程改革过程中表现出的成效与不足，进而深入挖掘和评析新的思想品德课程标准（修订稿）试图呈现的主要问题及其中蕴含的重要理念精神。通过对新一轮思想品德课程改革重要理论倾向与实施方略的反思，挖掘出适合青少年品德成长及促进学校德育工作顺利开展的有益经验和重要途径。

This study, under the larger historical background, Ideology and Morality Curriculum Standards from the (Experimental Manuscript) to the (Revised Manuscript) implementation and revision process included in the research field from the early 21st century. Through analysis and discussion on the changes and updates of two Ideology and Morality Curriculum Standards such as curriculum ideas, objectives, content and requirements to further explore a new round of the importance of theoretical orientation and implementation strategy on the reform of Ideology and Morality Curriculum, dig out the moral growth law for youth and beneficial experience and important way for promoting the school moral education on the smooth development.
