日本著名经济学家小岛清(Kiyoshi Kojima) 所提出的“小岛清理论” 在国际直接投资和跨国公司理论研究中占有独特而重要的地位，成为分析日本对外直接投资的基本工具之一。他第一次提出参照欧共体（现今欧盟）的做法，在亚太地区建立“太平洋贸易自由区”以促进经济的发展。 由于日本对外投资和国际贸易战略的巨大成功，东亚很多国家纷纷对小岛清的国际贸易以及对外投资理论进行研究学习。其中最为突出、至今表现最好的应属韩国。韩国自20世纪80年代开始对外直接投资以来，对外投资已取得长足发展，国内也培养出很多在全世界范围内有影响力的跨国公司。所取成就与小岛清倡导的理论有很大关系。本文试图通过对小岛清理论研究和韩国对外投资分析，找出两者契合点，讨论小岛清理论对韩国对外投资产生的影响。

The theory brought by Japan famous economist Kiyoshi Kojima has occupied a unique while significant place in the field of international direct investment and multinationals researches; it has been one of the fundamental tools in analyzing Japanese foreign direct investment policy. He is also the first one to propose building up a “Pacific free-trade region” in Asia to promote economics development, in referring to the Europe Union. Due to the huge success of foreign investment and international trade strategy in Japan, lots of countries in Eastern Asia have started to research on Kiyoshi Kojima`s theory. Among them, South Korea is the most outstanding and successful hitherto. She started to invest abroad in 80s of last century, and quickly achieved large progress, many multinationals has been incubated and matured since then. All of these result owns largely to Kiyoshi`s theory. This essay focuses on analyzing Kiyoshi theory and South Korea foreign investment, finds out their commonness, discusses the effect the Kiyoshi theory has put on foreign invest police of South Korea.
