任务驱动教学法有其鲜明的特征,与传统教学法相比,它注重以学生为主体,以教师为主导,以任务为主线。本文将任务驱动法运用到小学语文教学管理之中,以课堂设计为切入点,遵循任务驱动法的教学步骤和原则,设计小学语文课程,并开展实验教学,探究其有效性。具体围绕如下三方面问题展开:分析任务驱动法在小学语文教学中的现状与运用中存在的不足;探索小学语文任务驱动法在教学中的改进实施;从教学管理角度提出小学语文教学中任务驱动法有效实施的策略。 本文采用案例研究法、调查研究法和对比研究法,具体研究内容包括:首先,开展理论研究工作,通过对国内外相关理论文献的研读与梳理,总结主要理论观点其研究成果,借鉴其研究经验,巩固本课题研究的理论基础。其次,对小学语文教学管理的情况展开调查,并与小学语文教师及教学管理人员进行访谈交流,通过调查与访谈了解小学语文教学管理的现状,以及可能至于任务驱动法运用价值发挥的管理因素。再次,开展对比教学实验,通过对比实验分析小学语文教学中任务驱动法用的效果;整理任务驱动法,教学实践案例,通过案例分析,找出任务驱动法在小学语文教学实践中运用所存在的不足与问题;最后,结合实验结果、案例分析结果以及调查访谈的收获,从教学管理角度提出小学语文教学中任务驱动法有效运用和实施的建议。 结合教学的相关要求,任务教学法能够重点关注学习者的学习兴趣,能更好地推动学习的相关目标和相关要求。通过任务驱动,有助于调动学生的学习积极性,在教师与学生打造良好合作关系条件下,更多的进行问题探究,并确保存在问题能够得到妥善解决。根据“任务驱动法”对教师教学和学校管理的优化都提出了部分反思和设想,而且认为“任务驱动”阶段内,学生的价值理念、个人情感等都会保持全面发展状态。因此,在小学语文教师中尝试任务驱动教学法具有很好的应用价值。

Task-driven teaching method has its distinct characteristics.Compared with the traditional teaching method,it pays attention to students as the main body,teachers as the leading and task as the main line.This paper applies task-driven method to the management of primary school Chinese teaching,regards classroom design as the breakthrough point,follows the teaching steps and principles of task-driven method,designs the primary school Chinese curriculum,and carries out experimental teaching to explore its effectiveness.The main contents are as follows:understanding the effect of task-driven method in primary school Chinese teaching; finding out the deficiency of the current task-driven method in primary school Chinese teaching.To understand the factors of teaching management that affect the teaching of primary school Chinese task-driven method. To find out the effective application strategy of task-driven method in primary school Chinese teaching.Corresponding suggestions on optimization of teaching management are put forward. This thesis adopts the literature research method,the case study method,the investigation research method and the contrast research method,the concrete research content includes: first,carries on the theory research work,through to domestic and foreign related theory literature reading and combing,Summarize the main theoretical point of view,draw lessons from its research experience,consolidate the theoretical basis of this research.Secondly,the situation of Chinese teaching management in primary schools is investigated,and the current situation of Chinese teaching management in primary schools is understood through interviews with primary school Chinese teachers and teaching administrators.And possibly as far as the task-driven approach to the use of value to play the management factor.Thirdly,the contrastive teaching experiment is carried out to analyze the effect of task-driven method in primary school Chinese teaching.Sorting out the task-driven method,teaching practice cases,through case analysis,to find out the application of task-driven method in primary school Chinese teaching practice of the shortcomings and problems; Finally,combining the result of experiment,the result of case analysis and the harvest of investigation and interview,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the effective use of task-driven method and teaching management in primary school Chinese teaching. From the teaching level,task-based teaching method is more suitable for learnersundefined learning needs and can better mobilize their learning motivation.Through task-driven,it can encourage students to learn independently,provide students with the opportunity to explore problems,solve problems,and provide teachers with the opportunity to establish cooperative relations with students.The task-driven process is the process of studentsundefined comprehensive development of emotion,attitude and values.Therefore,it has good application value to try task-driven teaching method in primary school Chinese teachers. |
