建筑业是我国国民经济的支柱产业,目前国内建筑施工企业数量众多,建筑市场过度同质化竞争的态势愈演愈烈,建筑施工行业整体盈利能力越来越低。建筑施工企业如何在激烈的市场竞争中构建独特的、难以复制的竞争优势,并把优势转化为胜势,是当前建筑施工行业关注的焦点问题。因此,对建筑施工企业的竞争战略进行研究变得越来越重要。中建一局集团建设发展有限公司(以下简称一局发展),是一家国有建筑施工企业。本文以一局发展为研究对象,把竞争战略理论和PEST分析、波特五力模型、价值链模型、IFE矩阵、SWOT矩阵等战略分析工具应用于一局发展的竞争战略研究,分析一局发展的内外部环境,明确一局发展内部的优势劣势、外部环境的机会和威胁,借鉴国内外各种研究成果,结合国外优秀工程承包商的先进经验,确定与实施适合一局发展的核心竞争能力、差异化、国际化的竞争战略,并探索应用FMEA失效模式与影响分析,给出竞争战略风险识别与控制措施。

Construction industry is the pillar industry of national economy in China. At present, there are a large number of construction enterprises in the construction industry. The trend of consubstantial competition of the construction market is intensifying, and construction industry is becoming less and less profitable. It is the current focus for a construction enterprise to build the unique competitive advantages which are difficult to be followed in the intense market competition and turn the potential advantages into a success. Therefore, studying the competitive strategies of construction enterprises is becoming increasingly important.The Construction & Development Co.,Ltd of China Construction First Division Group (Hereinafter referred to the First Engineering Bureau) is a state-owned construction enterprise. In this paper, the author took the First Engineering Bureau as a research objective and used the theories of competitive strategy, the PEST analysis, the Porter Five Forces Model, the Value Chain Model, the IFE Matrix, the SWOT Matrix, and other strategic analysis tools for the competitive strategy research of First Engineering Bureau. The author analyzed the internal and external environment of First Engineering Bureau, and figured out the internal advantages and disadvantages, and external opportunities and threats about the enterprise. Referring to the results of various studies from home and abroad and combining with outstanding advanced experiences of foreign engineering contractors, the author identified and implemented competitive strategies which are considered competitive, differential and international. And the author thought that this competitive strategy is very suitable for the First Engineering Bureau. The author also explored the invalid application of FMEA Mode, then afforded the risk identification about competitive strategy and its control measures.
