职业在个体一生发展中占有举足轻重的地位。职业决策是大学生做的第一个与职业相关的决策，对个体一生职业发展、心理健康和社会认可都有重要影响。研究基于社会认知职业理论，运用《领悟社会支持量表》《简易应对方式问卷》《大学生心理复原力量表》以及《大学生职业决策困难问卷》，采用分层随机整群抽样方法，选取地方院校730名不同专业和年级大学生被试，从整合的多因素影响机制的视角探讨了社会支持、应对方式、心理弹性与职业决策困难的关系，同时探讨了应对方式与社会支持和职业决策困难关系的中介机制，以及心理弹性对应对方式中介作用的调节效应。主要研究结论如下：一、地方院校大学生职业决策困难程度处于中等偏下水平；专业、年级职业决策困难总分和部分因子存在显著差异，文史类困难程度高于理工类；大二学生困难程度最高；性别、经济状况职业决策困难差异不显著。二、职业决策困难与社会支持、积极应对、心理弹性显著负相关，与消极应对显著正相关。三、社会支持、应对方式、心理弹性能显著预测职业决策困难，其中心理弹性贡献最大。四、积极应对在社会支持影响职业决策困难关系中起中介作用。五、心理弹性的自我接纳、情绪稳定因子在社会支持与职业决策困难的关系中存在调节效应，主要调节的是中介变量积极应对与因变量职业决策困难的关系。

Career is important for one′s development on his long life. The first career decision-making of the youth can affect their career development, mental health and social identity. Based on Social Cognitive Career Theory, 730 local undergraduates from different subject and grade were selected on stratified random cluster sampling. Using the intergrated perspect of multiple factors mechanisms this thesis preliminarily explored the relationship of social support, positive coping style , resilience and career decision-making difficulties. As well as resilience moderate the intermediary role of positive coping style. The main findings are as follows: First, local undergraduates′ career decision-making difficulties were below the medium level. Part factors and total have significant difference on subject and grade. Students of arts scored significant higher than those of science. The sophomore scored the highest. There was no remarkable difference on gender and the state of economy; Second, career decision-making difficulties were in significant negative correlation with social support, positive coping style and resilience, and significant positive correlation with negative coping style;Third, social support, coping style and resilience would play a forecasting role in career decision-making difficulties. Among them resilience contributes the best;Fourth, positive coping style played an intermediary role in the relationship between social support and career decision-making difficulties;Fifth, resilience can moderate the intermediary role of positive coping style.
