为了适应信息社会发展的需求,以信息化促进教育现代化,积极推进教师教育信息化建设是一个紧迫而重要的任务,在此任务中教师信息技术培训工作起着重要的作用。本文以校本培训为切入点,根据高中教师工作实践中真正需要的信息技术操作内容设计开发相应的网络课程,以此来有效地提高高中教师的信息技术能力。本研究通过调查确定本校教师现有信息技术素养与需求,以此为基础确定在职教师工作中最需要的信息技术,采用基于设计的研究范式,对促进教师信息技术操作能力的培训内容进行分析与设计,初步开发出网络课程让教师进行试用并随时记录反馈意见,根据反馈意见对原设计进行改进,通过循环迭代完成一个实用的教师信息技术培训网络课程的设计开发。本人基于以上研究开发出了汾阳中学信息技术校本培训的网络课程。本网站内容贴合教师实际需求,以应用实例为单位进行设计,内容实用,使用方便有效。在试用与修改的过程中,进一步验证了教师在使用信息技术工具中存在的一些技术性瓶颈,以网页课程的形式教给教师所需的操作方法,满足不同操作水平教师的不同需求,真正实现一个工具性网站的功能。

For the purpose of adapting the development of information-based society, promoting teachers’ improvement on education, teachers’ educational informationization becomes an major task, especially, the training on information technology to teachers plays an important role. And the modernization demands that teachers should have high qualities in this aspect, so teachers are the key to realizing educational modernization. This paper puts school-training as its starting point, designing and development of network courses are based on IT operation content which high school teachers really need in working practice, in order to effectively improve the information technology capacity of the high school teachers.Using the method of Design-Based Research Methods, the paper analysis the content of online courses, and redesign them, then let teachers try using them, and then record reflections, finally improve the former design. The author finishes a whole practical teacher-training process through three-times recycling. The paper also discusses problems existed in the training, giving a detailed description of roles and processes of the online courses.By way of the questionnaire data about the status quo and the training of teachers, the author found that elementary and middle school teachers’ information technology level present situation looked is not certainly optimistic, most teachers lack the understanding of the computer basic technology and can not apply them to teaching properly. This kind of present situation limited the computer education in our country elementary and middle schools, even affected steps of renewing education ideas, teaching methods as well as teaching contents in a certain degree. Summarizing the actualities, the author developed corresponding online courses for teachers to self-study and improve themselves. Based on the above, the author develops a curriculum of IT-based training network in Fen yang secondary school. The contents of this site meet the actual needs of the teachers, and apply practical examples to the units design. The content is practical, easy and effective to use. In the process of trial and modification, further validation of the teachers’ technical bottlenecks in the use of information technology tools is done. In the form of web courses it provides methods of operation required by the teachers, to meet the different needs of different operating level teachers, making the instrumental site as its function.
