我国自从实行改革开放政策以来,国民经济得到了迅速发展,旅游业也随之蓬勃兴旺。随着我国经济和旅游业的快速发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,国际商务、经贸往来日益频繁,流动人口的数量增加,促使我国酒店业也得到了快速发展。目前中国城市星级酒店数量,北京位于全国第一,它们支撑了日益增多的旅游观光、商务、贸易等交流活动,为北京成为世界城市打下了良好的基础。探究北京星级酒店的空间分布规律、对政治文化中心型城市发展、商业用地的规划布局具有重要的现实意义和理论意义。在酒店空间分布的相关研究中,采用空间统计分析方法进行酒店空间模式探测、酒店自相关性分析等方面的研究也相对较少。本文以北京市新六城区一星至五星级的500家星级酒店(2011年2月由北京市旅游发展委员会官网发布)为研究对象,在Crimestat、GeoDa及ArcGIS的技术支撑下,分别对所获取的酒店分布的点数据(500家星级酒店)及面数据(118个街道办事处的酒店数量及密度),通过空间统计分析技术对北京市星级酒店的空间分布特征及规律进行研究和探讨。 研究结论主要有:(1) 北京市星级酒店整体呈热点集聚分布,其集聚的拐点在0.15km处。而北京市各星级酒店分布总体来看呈分散模式,且星级等级越低,分布越分散。(2) 星级酒店的热点区域与体现北京城市性质的功能区分布有很强的相关性,且各热点区域内星级酒店分布呈现出一定的同质性。(3) 以街道办事处为单位,北京市六城区的酒店密度存在空间正相关性,有明显的空间聚集特征。一至五星级酒店的酒店密度分布均呈现空间正相关性,且空间正相关性的强烈程度为三星级>二星级>五星级>四星级>一星级。(4) 酒店密度高高聚集区往往分布在北京市中心城区及与中心相邻的近郊区的部分街道,且该聚集区内,中低星级酒店围绕高星级酒店分布。低高分布区始终围绕在高高集聚区周围,低低聚集区往往分布在城市边缘。(5) 证实了星级酒店的空间分布和商业区位、旅游景点、交通站点以及地价等影响因素的分布有关。

Ever since the policy of reforming and opening has been implemented, the national economy has been developing rapidly, and the tourism has been prospering as well. Due to the rapid growth in our national economy and tourism, the hotel industry has been developing at an alarming rate. For the time being, Beijing has the highest number of star hotels in all cities of China, which provides support for increasing exchange activities, such as tour and sightseeing, business affairs, and trade, and prepares well for becoming the world city in the future. Thus studying the spatial distribution characteristics of star hotels in Beijing has both practical and theoretical significance for the progress of a political and cultural city and the pattern of commercial land. Among the star-hotels spatial distribution related studies, their spatial statistical characteristics are rarely studied. This paper dissects information from 500 star hotels (all 1-5 star hotels within six districts of central Beijing) as research objects, and uses Crimestat and GeoDa softwares to analyze the point and area patterns of star hotels in Beijing respectively, attempting to investigate the spatial distribution from the perspective of spatial statistical analysis.We have obtained the following primary conclusions:(1) As a whole, hotels in Beijing are distributed in clusters, mainly located in fifteen hot spots such as CBD and Xizhimen; 1 star hotels are dispersed distributed, so are 2, 3, 4 and 5 star hotels, and the lower the star, the more the hotels are dispersed.(2) The hot spots of star hotels show a strong correlation with the distribution of functional areas which represents the characteristics of Beijing city; meanwhile, the way that different star hotels combine also demonstrate the function-oriented feature.(3) The density distribution of all star hotels in Beijing shows a positive spatial autocorrelation, so are the density distribution of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 star hotels.(4) High density areas tend to be located in the central area of Beijing and some streets that are adjacent to it, where high star hotels are surrounded by low- and middle-star hotels; While low density areas are often located in the edge of the city.(5) The spatial distribution of star hotels is associated with the distribution of business centers, tourist attractions, main traffic sites, and land rents, to some extent.

 石榴花,1989年出生于湖南省邵阳市,北师大2005级地遥学院本科生,本科获得一等奖学金和三等奖学金,并于2009年顺利保研,从师地遥学院朱青副教授,进行城市规划相关研究。在研究生期间,参与多次科研项目,发表中英文文章各一篇,且于研二前往美国加州圣地亚哥州立大学交流学习城市规划。2012年6月将从北师大顺利毕业,获得硕士学位。且将在2012年8月,前往哈佛公共卫生学院攻读环境卫生博士学位(带奖学金)。
