引进外地优质品牌学校是促进区域教育质量提高以及区域教育均衡发展的一种策略,如何充分利用和发挥品牌学校的教育资源优势,实现真正意义上的优势互补,变“输血”为“造血”是优质教育资源引进中的核心问题。引进学校要立足本地,将自身的教育优势与所在区域的“土壤”结合起来即从宏观上要实现引进学校与本地政治、经济、文化、社区环境的匹配;在微观上要实现引进学校与其他学校、家长、学生之间的匹配,从而实现自身和区域教育的协调发展。本文以北京市朝阳区引进湖北H中学为个案,对朝阳区引进优质教育资源、提升本区教育水平的实践进行了研究。论文首先从介绍朝阳区引进H中学的背景入手,对H中学湖北校本部以及朝阳区的教育现状进行了简要描述,然后分别从领导班子构建、教学制度、教学实践、教师、学生等五个层面对朝阳区引进H中学的实践探索进行了剖析,总结得到了H中学办学过程中的有益经验,并指出了H中学办学过程中的现实困惑以及相应的应对策略。

The introduction of high-quality brand school is a kind of strategy to improve the quality of regional education and the balanced development of regional education, the core issues of the introduction of brand school is how to take advantage of the resources of the brand school to realize the complementary advantages and the realization of the transformation from "blood transfusion" to "blood-producing"。On a macro-view, the introduction of brand school should be based on the education background of the local school to realize the matching of the introduction school with the politics, the economics, the culture and the community environment of the local school to realize the combination of the advantages of the introduction school and that of the regional education. Furthermore, the matching of the introduction school with other local schools, the parents and the students are also need to fulfill in the micro-view to realize the harmonious development of the regional education.In this paper, the case of the introduction of Hubei H Middle School in Chaoyang District of Beijing was systematically studied on the improvement of the education level enhanced by the introduction resources. The background of the H middle school as well as the educational status of the Chaoyang District is briefly introduced and the introduction-experience of H school in Chaoyang District is analyzed on five aspects: the leadership construction, the teaching system, teaching practice, the teachers and the students. The useful experience during the introduction of the H school was summarized and the corresponding strategies to solve the confusions that faced by the H school are also proposed.
