李商隐《无题》诗迄今无确切定位，亦无确凿有据的阐释。它们的创作背景是怎样的，其形式特征在唐代文学史中应该如何定位、有何意义，均未得到确切的阐释和解答。笔者通过对李商隐《无题》诗接受史的考索，以实证性的证据证明李《无题》诗的产生背景与一般诗作有异，并用文献考据、文本分析、对比论证等方法佐证2005年11月华东师范大学学报发表的《李商隐无题诗和他的佚失传奇文》一文所提出的李商隐《无题》诗出自其佚失传奇文的观点。在此基础上，本文对李商隐《无题》诗的产生背景及流传状况做了有根据的推测，认为李商隐《无题》诗出自他的佚失传奇文，原本缺题，后宋人编印他的诗集时误将它们题作“无题”，才有金元以后对它们的误解和明清的索解热潮以及现代研究者甚多而仍无定论的奇特现象。本文认为研究唐代诗史需考虑诗歌创作与传奇小说、说讲变文创作之间的关系。

Li Shangyin’s untitled poems have had no precise location yet. There is also no conclusive evidence to the interpretation yet made. The questions that their creation is based on what kind of background and the characteristics of their form should be positioned in what place in the literature history of the Tang Dynasty has not been exactly interpreted and answered. By the cable test of the accepted history of Li Shangyin’s untitled poems, the author finds empirical evidence to prove that the poems have a different creation background to general poems. The author then use textual research, text analysis and comparison as proof corroboration of the article named Li Shangyin’s Poems without Title and His Lost Romances published by Journal of East China Normal University (Philosophy and Social Sciences) in November, 2005, in which the argument that Li Shangyin’s untitled poems come from his lost romances was proposed. On this basis, a speculation about the creation background and the spread situation of Li Shangyin’s untitled poems was stated. The speculation is as follows. Li Shangyin’s untitled poems come from the text of his lost romances, so they have no original names. The publisher in Song Dynasty mistakenly named them untitled poems when he published Li Shangyin’s poems. This led to the consequences of the misunderstanding of them in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties, the boom of cable in the Ming and Qing Dynasties and the strange phenomenon that there are many modern researchers about them but no conclusion has been made. This article insists on considering the relationship between poetry writing and novel writing when studying the history of poetry of the Tang Dynasty.
