新一轮的科学课程改革以培养小学生的科学素养为宗旨，积极倡导以探究为主的学习活动，为建立小学科学教育资源中心提供了广阔的平台。建立小学科学教育资源中心可以使有限的科学教育资源得到整合优化，最大限度地使软硬件资源得到共享，提高教师的专业水平，全面提高小学生的科学素质。本文主要采用问卷法并辅以访谈法，从小学科学教育资源中心的建设内容展开研究，尝试概括出我国小学科学教育资源中心内容建设的重点。同时借鉴国外科学教育资源中心的建设经验，提出我国小学科学教育资源中心的建设对策，为全国各地小学科学教育资源中心的建立提供理论基础和实践经验。

he goal of the new round science curriculum reformation is to improve pupils ' accomplishment, and sparkplug the learning activities in which the exploring dominates. This has provided an expansive platform for the foundation of the resources center of primary science education. Establishing a resources center of primary science education can integrate the limited resources and share them to the greatest extent, so as to improve the teaching skills of teachers and the science quality of pupils. The dissertation is mainly based on questionnaire and interviews. The author first investigates the contents of the foundation of the resources center, then she summarizes the keys for how to establish this kind of center. At last, the author learns from the foreign experience about building science education resources center, and puts forward suggestions for building the centers in our country. This dissertation hopes to provide both theory foundation and practical experience for establishing the resources center of primary science education all over the country.
