幼儿教师作为学前教育的主要承担者,是优质学前教育的重要保障;进行学前教育师资培养改革,提升幼儿专业教师素质已经引起各国的关注,也是我国进行学前教育发展的重要内容。
本文主要关注英国学前教育师资培养体系的相关内容,分析了英国学前教育师资培养体系的历史发展,学前教育机构的类型,幼儿保教人员的身份标准等内容;以英国华威大学为个例,重点分析了英国学前教育师资培养的课程设置、课程内容、实习机制、评价机制和科研能力培养等方面的内容。
通过探究与分析,认为英国学前教育师资培养体系有以下几点值得我们关注:(1)政府承担责任,为优质培养模式奠基;(2)多渠道录取,最大限度地保障适合者入学;(3)课程内容丰富,培养理念先进,造就专业领域的专业人才;(4)开展丰富教学实践,回应理论学习内涵;(5)国际交流频繁,创办多元文化视野下的学前教育。
结合我国学前教育的现状,英国学前教育师资培养体系的先进经验对我国有以下几方面的启示。(1)加强对幼儿教师队伍的培训,同时提高生源和在职教师的学历水平和专业素质;(2)政府引起重视,加大幼儿教师教育的投入和支持;(3)积极促进学前教育师资培养模式的改革,合理设置学前教育专业课程,开展丰富的实践教学;(4)提高社会对学前教育的关注和重视,积极改善幼儿教师的地位和待遇。

Early Childhood Teachers, as the main bearer of early childhood education, their qualities are the important guarantee for good early childhood education. That conducting early childhood teacher training, reforming to improve teacher’s professional qualities has caused international concern to all countries, and also becomes an important part of Chinese early childhood development.
This article focuses on relevant content of Britain early childhood teacher training system, analyzes the historical development of the UK early childhood teacher training system, the type of early childhood institutions, and how to be an professional teaching staff, etc. Take the University of Warwick as one excellent example, I was focused on analysing the content of the curriculum, the course content, the training mechanisms, the evaluation mechanisms and research capacity building and several related aspects of the UK's early childhood teacher training.
The several following deserving focusing aspects are draw: (1) all level governments take responsibilities for pedagogue education; (2) multi-channel ensures the enrollment of the suitable person; (3) generous courses train the qualified teachers; (4) more educational practice integrates the theory; (5) frequent international exchanges develop intercultural education.
Combined the status of China's early childhood education with early childhood teacher training advanced experience of the British system, we can draw the following aspects of enlightenment: (1) strengthen the training of early childhood teachers, students and in-service teachers while improving the level of professional education qualities; (2) government should pay attention to teachers, increase investment and support for early childhood teacher education; (3) actively promote early childhood education teacher training reform model, a reasonable set of pre-professional programs, to carry out a wealth of practical teaching; (4) improve the social and community's concern and attention to early childhood education, take actions to improve kindergarten teachers’ the status and treatment.
