我国于2001年颁布了义务教育阶段物理新课程标准,并于2003年在全国范围内广泛实施。物理新课程的核心理念是“为了学生的发展”。坚持“以人为本”的教学管理理念。新课程改革的理念对教师的课堂管理方式提出了新的要求,如何进行有效的课堂管理,成为初中物理教师面临的、迫切需要解决的问题。随着新课程标准的运行,在课堂管理上,教师要调整自己的角色,改变传统的教学模式和管理模式。本研究通过调查发现目前初中物理课堂管理存在着三大问题:课堂管理理念与实践脱节;课堂中师生关系不平等;课堂管理方式与手段不利于学生发展。本研究就以上存在的问题和急需改进的课堂管理现状,提出了初中物理有效课堂管理的五大策略:第一,建立有效的物理课堂常规;第二,建立民主、平等和谐的师生关系;第三,构建良好的课堂氛围;第四,课堂管理手段以激励引导为主;第五,激发学生的学习动机,培养学生的学习兴趣。本研究主要采用调查研究和实验研究:通过问卷调查了解初中物理教师在课堂管理方面存在的问题并找出相应的对策。通过实验法,把有效的课堂管理策略运用到自己的教学实践中,通过实验来证实该理论的有效性。经过6个月的教育干预实验,实验证明:实施初中物理有效课堂管理策略能明显提高学生的物理学习成绩和物理学习兴趣。
外文摘要:
In 2001, China promulgated the physical new curriculum standard of the compulsory stage, and the new curriculum was widely implemented nationwide in 2003. The core concept of the new physical curriculum is “to the development of students”. Adhere to the concept of the “people-oriented” teaching management. The concept of the new curriculum reform put forward new requirement of teachers’ classroom management model. The problem that teachers face and urgently need to address is how to carry out the effective classroom management. With the operation of the new course standard, teachers should adjust their own role, change the traditional teaching model and management model in the classroom management.By the survey, this study found that in the junior middle school physical classroom management there are three major problems: Teachers’ ideas and behavior of classroom management were contradictory; It was unequal for the relation between teachers and students in the classroom; The teachers’ classroom management methods and means are not conductive to the development of the students. Base on the above problem and classroom management status that need to be improved urgently ,the paper put forward five strategies of the junior middle school physical effective classroom management: First, establishing effective physical classroom convention; Second, establishing equal and democratic harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Third, building good classroom atmosphere; Fourth, encouraging students to participate in physical class; Fifth, inspiring students’ study motivation, cultivating the study interest of students.This study used survey research and experimental research.Through the questionnaire survey, the study found out the problem of the classroom management of the junior middle school physics teacher and found out the corresponding countermeasure.In order to prove the validity of this theory., the effective classroom management strategy is applied to my teaching practice through the experiments After six months of education intervention experiment, the experiment proved that: the implementation of junior middle school physics effective classroom management strategies can obviously improve the students’ physical study result and physical study interest.
