本文在艺术推广的核心理念下，以常德右岸现代舞蹈艺术节作为研究对象，从文化产业发展的视角下探讨中国地方舞蹈艺术节的未来发展路径。本论文一共分为4章，第1章为常德右岸现代舞蹈艺术节的属性与理念，透过常德右岸现代舞蹈艺术节的性质将其定位；第2章通过常德右岸现代舞蹈艺术节发生条件的分析，总结举办一个舞蹈艺术节该具备一些怎样的前提及资源储备；第3章从右岸现代舞蹈艺术节的特色为切入点，更加突出常德右岸现代舞蹈艺术节与其他舞蹈艺术节不同的个性特征；第4章笔者通过总结此次现代舞蹈艺术节的经验与不足，进一步探讨此次常德右岸现代舞蹈艺术节所带来的启示，一方面使右岸现代舞蹈艺术节的举办更具有持久的生命力，也让其他类似活动办理可以获得一些行之有效的经验参照。

The thesis studies Changde You Dance,as a modern dance Festival, and probes into the strategic development of modern dance festivals in the realm of arts management in the inland cities of China. The piece consists of four chapters with the first chapter introduces the features and the concept of Changde You Dance Festival. The second chapter scrutinizes the preconditions of Changde You Dance Festival and presents all the necessary means needed for the event. The third chapter focuses on the features of Changde You Dance Festival and depicts its unique artistic profile. The fourth chapter analyzes the whole course of Changde You Dance Festival and proposes a direction which may ensure the strategic development of modern dance festivals in the inland cities of China from three points of view, namely how to create artistic profiles, how to interact with other businesses and industries, and how to obtain public support. The conclusion displays the long-term vitality of Changde You Dance Festival on the one hand, and sets an example for the event organizers in other cities of China on the other hand.
