幼儿阶段是儿童身体发育和机能发展极为迅速的时期,也是形成安全感和乐观态度的重要阶段,应该开展丰富多样、适合幼儿年龄特点的各种身体活动。科学而安全的身体活动不仅能增强幼儿的身体机能和运动机能,也以身体运动的方式促进着幼儿心理的健康发展。 但是由于幼儿身心发展尚未成熟,幼儿在体育活动中容易出现安全事故,教师作为幼儿体育活动的设计者、引导者和指导者,对幼儿出现的安全事故具有直接责任,其在体育活动中的安全管理能力直接影响着幼儿的体育活动安全。本研究旨在分析教师在幼儿体育活动中存在的安全管理问题,并在此基础上探明教师存在安全管理问题的原因,思考在哪些方面可以提高教师在幼儿体育活动中的安全管理能力。 本研究以北京市6所幼儿园为例,采用观察法、访谈法和文本分析法收集相关资料。 研究结果表明: 1.教师在幼儿体育活动中存在一定的安全管理问题。主要表现在教师对活动场地、活动器材、活动准备和活动指导上的问题,而这些问题直接导致幼儿出现体育安全事故或安全隐患。 2.教师在幼儿体育活动中存在安全管理问题的原因主要表现在教师对幼儿身心发展特点的了解和认识不够、教师对活动场地和活动器材的管理不足、教师缺乏一定的专业运动知识和教师对幼儿在活动中的观察和敏锐度不够,缺乏一定的安全管理能力。 3.教师对幼儿体育安全事故和安全隐患进行反思、研讨和实践后,教师的安全管理能力得到了质的提高。其中,有效的安全管理措施包括教师为幼儿提供安全的活动环境、教师加强对幼儿体育活动的安全指导和注重幼儿的运动卫生。 综合分析教师在幼儿体育活动中的安全管理问题及教师的反思、教研和自身实践后,研究者认为应对教师进行安全管理体育活动的培训、加强教师对幼儿身心发展特点的了解、在一日生活中对幼儿开展安全教育和加强家园合作,提高幼儿的自我保护能力。

Physical activities are to children’s comprehensive and harmonious development what the foundations are to a skyscraper. Security and scientifical physical activities can not only facilitate children’s body function and motor function in coordinated development but also gear up children’s healthy evolution of psychology in the form of physical activities. Nevertheless on account of children’s immaturity of physical and mental,children in physical activities are strikingly more inclined to be injured ,preschool teachers as designers, guides and directors should bear the responsibility for children’s safety accidents. Teachers’ safety management ability has an direct impact on children’ safety in physical activities. This study aims to ascertain teachers’ safety management problems when children emerge safety accidents and potential safety hazards in physical activities,afterwards the researcher puts forward effective proposals. The research is in the light of datum collected by textual analysis,observational and interview from six kindergartens. The summings-up are as listed below: Teachers are deficient in safety management issues at a certain degree in children physical activities, concrete problems incorporate activity venue, activity equipment,activity preparation and guidance which are have an extraordinary affect on children’s safety of activities. Teachers’ causes of safety management problems in children physical activities perform in these aspect:teachers' understandings of children’s physical and mental development characteristics and cognition are not enough;teachers' management of the activity venues and equipments don’t reach the designated position;Teachers are wanting in professional knowledge;teachers’ observations and acuities for young children in the activities are insufficient. 3.By means of reflection, brainstorming and self-improvement,teachers’ safety management ability has a amazingly progress. Effective safety management measures include providing a safe environment, strengthening teachers’ guidance and paying attention to children’s sports health. 4.Analysis by synthesis, researcher hold the standpoints we should reinforce teachers’training and learning techniques of safety management in children’s physical activities; intensify teachers' comprehend of children’s physical and mental blossom characteristics; teachers enhance safety education to children in children’s day life and consolidate home cooperation with the purpose of solidifying children’s self-protection capability.
