英式七人制橄榄球比赛中，“SCRUM”出球后进攻与防守的技战术在比赛中具有相当重要的作用。提高球队“SCRUM”出球后进攻与防守的技术水平，是提高球队整体实力的重要途径。本研究采用文献资料法、访谈法、录像观察法与数理统计法等研究方法，通过对北京女子七人制橄榄球队在第十三届全运会预选赛中“SCRUM”运用情况的统计，分析“SCRUM”成功率对比赛的影响，为今后的训练提供理论依据及有效指导。结果显示，北京女子七人制橄榄球队在比赛中场均“SCRUM”出现次数较少，SCRUM的运用能够丰富球队的进攻战术打法，决定前锋的发力顶推方式，提高对球权及节奏的控制，为球队制造更大的进攻空间，可以造成对方越位或再次犯规。
