价值共创是一种企业与顾客共同参与价值创造的新型价值创造模式,一直以来被广泛运用在营销界。价值共创注重顾客体验感,其本意是通过提高顾客满意度,来提升价值。企业在与顾客共享资源、共同承担风险、共享成果实现价值创造的过程中,可以提高企业自身的核心竞争力,从而从日渐激烈的竞争环境中取得胜利。
本文以 S 软件外包公司的核心竞争力提升为研究对象,基于国内外软件外包企业的核心竞争力发展、核心竞争力识别和国内外价值共创运用的研究成果,深入剖析软件外包行业核心竞争力的构成要素以及价值共创对企业的影响;结合 S 软件外包公司的实际经营数据,运用渐进识别法识别 S 软件外包公司的核心竞争力并对 S 软件外包公司的核心竞争力当前所处的阶段进行诊断;分析 S 软件外包公司的核心竞争力提升的方法以及变化的原因并为 S 软件外包公司的核心竞争力的再度提升提供建议。研究发现,企业核心竞争力的提升关键在于开发关键资源,价值共创可以给企业带来更多额外的资源,可以为企业的核心竞争力提升带来便捷,为已有的核心竞争力构建途径增添资源,促进企业核心竞争力快速提升。
价值共创的关键在于,在顾客和企业之间建立一个良好的共通平台。在通过对 S 软件外包公司核心竞争力提升进入瓶颈的原因进行深度分析后,从企业的视角运用价值共创模型为 S 软件外包公司的核心竞争力的进一步提升开辟捷径,提出 S 软件外包公司核心竞争力提升的改善办法。
该研究对于 S 软件外包公司持续打造竞争优势有具体的指导意义,对我国其他软件外包企业也具有参考和借鉴价值。

外文摘要:

Value co-creation is a novel paradigm of value creation involving both businesses and customers, widely applied in the marketing field. It emphasizes customer experience, aiming to enhance value by increasing customer satisfaction. In the process of creating value through sharing resources, risks, and outcomes with customers, companies can improve their own core competitiveness, thus prevailing in an increasingly competitive environment.
This article focuses on the enhancement of core competitiveness of S Software Outsourcing Company. Based on research findings regarding the development of core competitiveness of domestic and international software outsourcing enterprises, identification of core competencies, and the application of value co-creation, it delves into the constituent elements of core competitiveness in the software outsourcing industry and the impact of value co-creation on companies. Utilizing actual business data from S Software Outsourcing Company and applying the progressive identification method, this study identifies the company's core competencies and diagnoses the current stage of its core competitiveness. It also analyzes the methods for enhancing the core competitiveness of S Software Outsourcing Company, the reasons behind changes, and provides suggestions for further improvement of its core competitiveness. The research finds that the key to improving a company's core competitiveness lies in developing critical resources. Value co-creation can bring additional resources to the enterprise, facilitating the enhancement of core competitiveness, adding resources to existing pathways of building core competencies, and promoting rapid improvement of the company's core capabilities.
The crux of value co-creation is establishing a robust common platform between customers and the enterprise. After conducting an in-depth analysis of the reasons why S Software Outsourcing Company has encountered a bottleneck in improving its core competitiveness, this study applies a value co-creation model from the company's perspective to carve out shortcuts for further enhancement of S Software Outsourcing Company's core competencies and proposes methods for improvement.
This research holds specific guiding significance for S Software Outsourcing Company to continuously build competitive advantages and also serves as a reference for other software
outsourcing enterprises in China.
