普拉提是一项舒缓全身肌肉、提高躯干控制能力的运动,它融入了东西方文化的多种因素,在世界各地得到广泛开展。普拉提训练以控制学理论Contrology为基础,以“专注、呼吸、核心、控制、精确与流畅”为核心,强调核心肌群的锻练,把呼吸、冥想、柔韧、平衡有机结合在一起,达到身体与意念的完美结合,有利于塑造身心的和谐,健身效果明显。近年来,普拉提已成为最时尚、最受欢迎的健身方法之一,亦有高校已开设相关课程让学生有更多元的运动选择。由于普拉提训练在我国高校的开展时间较晚,关于普拉提训练对大学生身心健康影响的认识还处于一个较低的阶段。因此,本文希望藉由普拉提训练对大学生身心健康影响的研究,帮助教师、大学生正确认识普拉提运动的价值及作用,为普拉提课程进入高校课堂提供理论依据和参考。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法、调查问卷法、数理统计法与逻辑分析法等,以我校2010级普拉提选修班的30名学生和普通班级30名学生作为实验对象,分别进行16周的普拉提教学与常规体育教学,实验前后采用本研究遴选的三大类25项测试指标与自编问卷进行身体素质与心理素质的测试,比较普拉提训练对大学生身心健康的影响作用。实验结果发现,普拉提是一种安全的锻炼方式,不但能促进大学生身体素质的全面发展,也有利于改善大学生的心理健康水平,在高校具有极高的推广价值。由于当前高校普拉提课程的开展尚处于起步阶段,只有为数不多的高校目前已经开展了普拉提教学,因而教学课程主要以初级阶段的教学为主。

Pilates is a soothing body muscle, improve trunk control ability of the movement, it is integrated into the East-West cultural factors, has been around the world to carry out a wide range of. Pilates training to control theory Contrology as the foundation, to "focus, respiratory, core, control, precise and smooth" as the core, emphasizing the core muscle exercises, breathing, meditation, flexibility, balance organic union is together, the body and mind of the perfect combination, is conducive to physical and mental harmony, the fitness effect is obvious. In recent years, Pilates has become one of the most fashion, the most popular fitness method, also has courses in Colleges and universities allow students more element of movement selection. Due to Pilates's training in Universities of our country in late time, about Pilates training on College Students' physical and mental health effects of awareness is still at a lower stage.Therefore, this article hopes by Pilates training on College Students' physical and mental health effects research, help teachers, students a correct understanding of the value and role of Pilates, as Pilates curriculum course in universities and provide a theoretical basis and reference. This article uses the literature material law, the expert interview law, experiment, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, in my school 2010grade Pilates elective class of 30students and the general class of 30 students as subjects in the experiments, conducted16 weeks of Pilates teaching and conventional teaching, experiment before and after the use of this study selected three kinds big 25test index and SCL-90questionnaire for physical and mental quality testing, comparison of the Pilates training on College Students' physical and mental health effects. Experimental results show, Pilates is a safe form of exercise, can promote the body quality of college students overall development, but also conducive to improving the level of psychological health for college students, in the college has great value for promotion.Due to the current university Pilates curriculum development is still at the starting stage, only a few colleges and universities has been carried out by Pilates teaching, so teaching mainly in the primary stage of teaching.
