国内对于大学生就读经验在性别差异方面的研究较少。本研究采用北京师范大学2018年在读大学生的就读经验调查数据,以性别变量为主线,探讨男生和女生在大学就读经验各个方面的性别差异,在总结各项差异的基础上进一步分析了性别差异背后的原因并提出相应建议。研究结论:第一,总体来看,男生的大学活动或各类经验不如女生丰富。第二,女生的大学活动经验虽然比男生更丰富,但是女生感知到的大学氛围和对学习收获的自我评估却不如男生。第三,不论是科学经验还是科学收获,都是男生比女生更丰富。第四,不论是对职业发展的感知还是对职业技能的自我评估,都是男生比女生表现更好。建议:第一,高校应该在图书馆利用、课程学习、写作、同学交往和美术、音乐、戏剧经验方面,更加关注男生的表现。第二,教育要帮助女生树立学业自信。第三,在科学领域的职业发展上发挥榜样作用,在科学课堂中优化交流方式。

There is little research on the gender difference of college students' study experience in China. My study uses the data from the survey of College Students Experiences in Beijing Normal university in 2018, takes gender variable as the main line, discusses the gender differences between male and female students in various aspects of college experience, further analyzes the reasons behind the gender differences on the basis of summarizing the differences, and puts forward corresponding suggestions. The results: first, overall, boys have less college experiences than girls. Second, although the female students have more college experience than the male students, the female students do not have the same sense of college atmosphere and self-assessment of learning gains as the male students. Third, whether it is scientific experience or scientific harvest, boys’ are more abundant than girls’. Fourth, both in their perception of career development and in their self-assessment of professional skills, boys performed better than girls. Suggestions: first, colleges should pay more attention to boys' performance in library utilization, course study, writing, peer communication and art, music and drama experience. Second, girls should be built up confidence in their studies. Third, model career development in science and optimize communication in science classes.
