为了探索优秀民营企业创始人传记特征及其对创办企业经营理念之间的关系。本研究采用质性编码的方法对二十四家优秀民营企业创始人的年龄、家庭背景、初始学历、所学专业、工作经历、个性特质以及人生关键事件等传记特征及其创办企业的经营理念进行编码，结果发现：传记特征对企业经营理念的影响表现为风格气质、专业和人生经历路径对经营理念的影响。本文还对传记特征及经营理念进行了纵向比较，认为个性特质与经营理念存在对应关系。该研究对继任企业创始人甄选与培训、创业者兼具理论与实践指导意义。

To explore the Demographic Characteristics of the excellent Private Entrepreneurs and its impact on business philosophy of the company, this article study twenty-four companies and their founder with qualitative research. The Results as follows: personality traits, discipline and life experience have great impact on business philosophy. This article also indicates that the personality traits and business philosophy exists corresponding relationship. This study has practical significance for founder to create a new company and for company to select and training senior person.
