在可持续发展的背景下,越来越多的企业开始将企业社会责任(CSR)纳入到经营决策中。在互联网行业,随着职业危机和职业焦虑等问题日益显著,员工逐渐开始重视工作、生活和心理层面的幸福感是否得到满足。对企业而言,关注员工的幸福感、薪酬平等和工作场所的健康安全对吸引和保留人才、管理风险以及推动可持续发展至关重要。因此,探究员工对企业社会责任履行的感知如何影响其幸福感,及其中介机制,是一个需要理论阐述和实证检验的重要议题。

本文基于归因理论和组织认同理论,选取员工企业社会责任感知、员工幸福感、工作安全感为研究变量,以此构建了一个研究模型。通过严谨的实证研究发现:(1)员工对企业社会责任的感知对其幸福感产生了积极的影响;(2)员工的工作安全感显著增强了员工幸福感;(3)工作安全感在员工对企业社会责任感知与其幸福感之间具有中介作用。

本文对研究假设提出了讨论,围绕如何提高员工企业社会责任感知、工作安全感以及幸福感,从企业管理实践角度提出具体的策略建议。本文认为互联网企业应该注重员工对企业社会责任的感知,为员工创建健康、安全的工作环境,保障员工的基本权益,强化员工的工作安全感,从而促进员工幸福感的提升。这不仅为吸引和留住优秀人才提供依据,而且为建立更加精确的企业社会责任相关评估体系具有重要意义,为企业实践提供理论指导,并推动社会的整体可持续发展。

In the context of sustainable development, more and more companies are starting to incorporate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into their business decisions. In the Internet industry, with the increasingly significant problems such as career crisis and career anxiety, employees gradually begin to pay attention to whether the happiness at work, life and psychological levels is satisfied. For businesses, focusing on employee well-being, pay equity, and workplace health and safety is critical to attracting and retaining talent, managing risk, and driving sustainable growth. Therefore, exploring how employees' perception of CSR fulfillment affects their well-beings and its intermediary mechanism is an important topic that needs theoretical elaboration and empirical test.

Based on attribution theory and organizational identity theory, this paper selects employees' perception of corporate social responsibility, employee happiness and job security as research variables to build a research model. Through rigorous empirical research, I find that: (1) employees' perception of corporate social responsibility has a positive impact on their well-beings; (2) Employees' job security significantly enhances their well-beings; (3) Job security plays an intermediary role between employees' perception of corporate social responsibility and their well-beings.

This paper discusses the research hypothesis, and puts forward specific strategy suggestions from the perspective of enterprise management practice on how to improve employees' perception of corporate social responsibility, job security and happiness. This paper argues that Internet enterprises should pay attention to employees' perception of corporate social responsibility, create a healthy and safe working environment for employees, protect their basic rights and interests, and strengthen their sense of job security, so as to promote the improvement of employees' happiness. This not only provides a basis for attracting and retaining outstanding talents, but also has great significance for establishing a more accurate CSR related evaluation system, providing theoretical guidance for corporate practice, and promoting the overall sustainable development of society.
