网络教研在国内的发展时间较短,在具体的实施过程中还存在许多缺陷,作为传统教研的补充,在应用系统的建构、管理和使用机制上,还未能和传统教研形成良性的互补。目前,在学校网络教学应用和资源建设方面还缺乏实用的系统平台。以Blog、Wiki等技术为代表的Web2.0技术的到来为解决上述问题提供了极好的契机。Wiki的优点是协同创作,本研究旨在将Wiki技术引入到教师的教研活动中,为教师的教研活动提供环境基础。研究者通过对当前教研出现的问题和教师对教研环境的需求进行可行性分析,在此基础上结合当下比较简单易用的中文系统HDwiki建构了Wiki协作教研系统。利用县教育局信息中心作为硬件平台进行系统搭建,把Wiki协作教研系统应用到实践环境中,并通过为期2个多月的时间,将八个实验点学校语文、英语、数学三个科目的教师作为研究对象进行准实验研究,验证系统功能结构的科学性和适应性,并分析网络协作教研系统的构建对教师教研的影响与效果。在第一阶段实验结束后,总结实验结果和教师们的建议进行二次设计,为继续促进群体合作和深入交流,增加了教师个人家园(UCenter Home)作为辅助交流功能,构建出更科学的功能结构,另外,提出更合理的协作教研模式,并逐步摸索其可行性,从而为校本教研开展提供一种有效的教研模式,为教师专业化成长提供一种途径,进一步完善“校本教研”和教师教育的理论。

The development time of Network Teaching and Research in domestic is short. There are still many shortcomings in the implementation process. As the complement of Traditional Teaching and Research, it also fails to form a benign complementary to the Traditional Teaching and Research in the application system construction, management and use of mechanisms. Currently, there is short of a practical system platform in the school network teaching applications and resources construction. The appearance of Web2.0 technology, represented by Blog and Wiki technology, provides an excellent opportunity to solve the above problems.The advantage of Wiki is the collaborative creation. The Study aims at introducing the Wiki technology into the teaching and research activities of the teachers, and provides an environmental basis for teaching and research activities of the teachers. Our researchers conduct a feasibility analysis of the current problems in teaching and research and the needs of the teaching and research environment for teachers, and on this basis, use the present relatively simple and easy-to-use Chinese system HDwiki to build the Wiki collaborative teaching and research system. We will build a system based on hardware platform at the Information Center of Jiedong Education Bureau, apply the Wiki collaborative teaching and research system to the practice environment, and then conduct a quasi-experiment study on the teachers of Chinese, English and Mathematics subjects in eight experimental point school, verify the scientificalness and adaptability of the system functionality and structure, and analyze the impact and effect on teacher's teaching and research by building a network collaborative teaching and research system in the time period of more than two months. At the end of the first stage of the experiment, we will summarize the experimental results and the recommendations of the teachers and make a second design. In order to continue to promote teamwork and in-depth exchanges, we add teachers' personal homes (such as UCenter Home) as auxiliary communication capabilities and build a more scientific functionality and structure. In addition, we will introduce a more rational mode of collaborative teaching and research, and gradually find out its feasibility, thus we can provide an effective mode of teaching and research for the School-based Research, provide a pathway for Teachers’ Professional Growth, and further improve “School-based Research” and the theory of teacher’ education.
