体育教学内容是实施体育教学的载体,是学校教育培养全面发展型人才的知识性媒介和工具之一,是保障实现体育教育目标和完成体育教育任务的重要因素。在体育教学中,其上承体育教学目标,下启体育教学方法,与体育教学的其他诸因素均有直接关系,因此,从一定程度上来说,体育教学内容是体育教学的核心。目前,对我国体育教学内容的理论研究,特别是对近、现代体育教学内容的研究已经取得了一些颇有建设性、具有积极意义的研究的成果,这些研究成果有些得到了重视和采纳;也有一些研究由于受诸多因素的影响,显得缺乏完整性、也没能形成共识,还有一些研究由于研究基础的偏差,研究高度的不足,造成研究结果缺乏深度和全面性,一些研究成果甚至还影响到我国学校体育的学科地位以及未来的发展。本研究基于体育教学内容对我国体育教学的重要意义,以现代课程论、教学论、文化论、价值论等相关领域的基本理论为基础,从以下几个方面对我国学校体育教学内容进行了全面的分析与研究,以求对体育教学内容有更为全面、深入地认识。1.我国体育教学内容的产生与发展我国古代民族传统体育教学内容随时代的发展在曲折中发展而来,为我国近现代体育教学内容的完善与发展奠定了良好的基础。近代体育教学内容由于引入初期特殊的社会环境和条件,在面临中西文化的矛盾、冲突甚至对立时,得到了较为科学、快速的发展。新中国成立后,学校体育吸收和借鉴了近代体育教学内容发展的成果,延续和完善了抗日根据地、解放区学校体育成功的经验,使现代体育教学内容得以拓展和丰富。然而,由于受诸多的影响,体育教学内容呈现出单调、枯燥以及强烈的功利性等特征.目前,随着体育课程与教学改革的不断深入,这一趋势已初步得到遏制,并逐步向均衡化与合理化发展。2.我国体育教学内容的结构与功能研究我国体育教学内容的结构,对更好地了解和认识我国体育教学内容的本质,发现目前体育教学内容存在的问题以及问题的关键,探索体育教学内容的选择和编排等优化策略都有重要的意义。就其发展的脉络来看,我国体育教学内容是由三大不同价值取向、不同文化背景衍生而来的内容体系构成的,即由德国、瑞典近代体操体系发展而来的现代体操教育内容,由英国近代绅士体育、户外运动内容体系发展而来的现代竞技体育教学内容,以及由我国民族传统体育内容体系发展而来的民族传统体育教学内容。其中,前两部分是目前我国体育教学内容结构中的主体部分。从三部分内容的层次性来看,基本身体活动内容是三部分内容的基础。体育教学内容的结构特征,决定了体育教学具有教育性、娱乐性、健身性等三大功能。3.我国体育教学内容的属性和特征体育教学内容的属性是隐含在体育教学内容之中的、体育教学内容本身所固有的质的规定性,是由其内部各主体因素矛盾运动所决定的体育教学内容产生、存在和发展的内在规律性。而科学的虚拟性、全面的教育性、文化的承载性等构成了体育内容的基本属性,这些属性也决定了体育教学内容的丰富性、逻辑性、多功能性、体系模糊性、教学条件规定性、持续的发展性、实践性、交往能力培养独特性等特征,本研究以对体育教学内容的属性和基本特征为基础,运用排除法尝试性地区分了体育教学内容与选手化、竞技性体育内容,生活、生产化活动内容的差异,并进一步划分了体育教学内容的边界。4.我国体育教学内容存在的问题与归因由于来源的多渠道性,以及受其它主、客观因素的影响,目前,在我国体育教学实践中,体育教学内容存在诸多的问题。如,“新旧” 体育、“土洋” 体育等老问题;体育教学内容主次功能发挥、体育教学内容为学生现在还是未来的问题、体育教学内容与“达标”、“考试”的关系、体育教学内容选择多与少、体育教学内容的趣味性与难度的问题、体育教学内容的统一性与灵活性的问题、体育教学内容的系统性与完整性问题等新问题。通过对这些问题的深入研究与分析发现,体育教学内容存在问题的主要归因于以下几个主要方面:体育教学内容逻辑性不清、系统性不强、层次性不清、基础性不明确、分类困难、选择依据不够科学等。5.我国体育教学内容的优化与创新针对我国体育教学内容存在的现实问题,本研究从体育教学内容的选择、分类、创编、层次划分、排列方法等方面入手,在认真参考和充分尊重已有研究的基础上,有针对性地深入分析了体育教学内容的优化策略,其中包括以文化论、知识论为基础的体育教学内容的重审,以课程论、价值论为基础的体育教学目标的确立,以教学论、体育教学目标、体育教学规律等为基础的体育教学内容分类体系的重置,以及以分类创新为基础的体育教学内容选择、分层、排列等相关实践的补苴等。在此基础上,尝试性地构建我国比较完整的体育教学内容体系。

The contents of PE teaching and learning are carriers for implementing school are important factors for all-round talents development upper to the objects and lower to the approaches of PE teaching and learning. They are also important factors to ensure achievement and fulfillment of objects and tasks. They have immediate relations with others up to the targets and down towards the methods of PE teaching and learning.Therefore,to some extent, they are the core of PE teaching and learning. Nowadays, some constructive and positive results of theory research regarding China’s PE teaching and learning contents have been made. Some have been adopted with attention.but mutual understanding hasn’t been formed owing to their incompleteness under the influence of some factors. Some else haven’t depth and wholeness because of unfit research basis and inadequate research level. Some even affects scientific position and future development of school PE.On basis of modern curriculum, teaching and learning, culture and value, considering the significance of the contents of PE teaching and learning, the dissertation attempts to conduct an all-over research on the contents of PE teaching and learning as following so as to advance school PE teaching and learning of China scientifically and rapidly and for full and deep understanding of them.1. Formation and development of the contents of PE teaching and learningThe teaching and learning contents of China’s traditional folk sports developed with twist and turn along with the times. A good foundation has been made for improvement and development of the contents of China’s PE teaching and learning. Owing to the special social circumstances and conditions at the time of First introduction,the modern contents of PE teaching and learning developed well while confronting contradiction, conflict and even opposition. After the foundation of new China, the fruits of modern PE teaching and learning contents have been loaned and absorbed into school PE.The experience of success for school PE continued and bettered in the base of Resistance against Japan and liberated area. Modern contents of PE teaching and learning came into a leaping advancement in both quantity and quality with ration and science. But, the contents of PE teaching and learning entered into being tedious and utilitarian resulted from many dislocations of school PE. Recently, this trend has been stopped and developed with balance and reason with further reform of PE curriculum and teaching and learning.2. Structure and Function of the contents of PE teaching and learningIt is full of significance to study the structure and function of PE teaching and learning to better understand the essence and to find out the key problems and to study better choice and arrangement of the contents of PE teaching and learning. At the aspect of developmental trend of the contents of PE teaching and learning in China, they are composed of three values and various culture setting, namely modern gymnastics contents from gymnastics of modern Germany and Sweden, modern sports contents from modern English gentleman’s sports and outdoor activities ,and the contents from traditional Chinese ethnic sports. The former two are the main part of the content structure of PE teaching and learning. Viewing from the layer of them, the basic body exercise is the fundamental part. Structure determines function. The structural features of the contents of PE teaching and learning lead to three functions of education, entertainment and social service.3. Attribute and feature of the contents of PE teaching and learning in ChinaThe attribute lies in the quality of contents of PE teaching and learning them. Relative movement of the contradiction from the subjective factors results in the internal laws of forming, being and going. Virtuosity of science, continuity of development,praticality of knowledge, inheritance of culture, wholeness of educational function are the basic attributes of the contents of PE teaching and learning. These attributes are certain to bring the features of richness, multi-logics, multi-function, obscurity of system, stipulation of PE teaching and learning conditions, proclivity, and uniqueness of commutative capability’s development. The study has attempted to make a difference between PE teaching and learning contents and sports, life and labor activity contents on the basis of attributes and features and set a boundary of the contents.4. Problems and causes of the contents of PE teaching and learningThere exist many problems at present in the contents of PE teaching and learning because of multi-sources and subjective and objective factors. Such old problems as New and Old PE ,Home and Abroad PE ,and new problems as primary and secondary functions ,for the students’ present or future, the relation of standard setting or test, more or less, interest or difficulty, unity or flexibility, systematization and comprehension. Through deep research and careful analysis of these problems, all these attribute to the following: unclear logic, weak systematization, unclear unity and coherence, indefinite basis, difficult classification, unscientific selecting.5. Improvement and innovation of the contents of PE teaching and learningThe study deals with the choice, classification, establishment, layers dividing, methods of arrangement and others of the contents of PE teaching and learning concerning realistic problems. The tactics of improvement have been analyzed directed and deeply on basis of careful reference and adequate esteem to previous studies, including review of them based on the theory of culture and knowledge, establishment of objects of PE teaching and learning based on the theory of curriculum and value, resetting of the classification system based on objects and laws of PE teaching and learning,choice,strata,arrangement of them reinforcement of PE teaching and learning practice based on new classification of them.
