随着我国经济建设的快速发展，我国的制造业水平也是突飞猛进，军工制造领域也随经济振兴而蓬勃发展。在军民融合大的背景下，形成了成熟的、良性的军工行业产品链，民营军工企业可以参与国防建设项目，参与型号任务的研制配套工作。沟通管理始终贯穿于研制项目的各个阶段，良好的沟通管理是项目顺利进行并最终取得成功的基本保障。 本论文所研究的M型航空雷达项目是军用飞机航空电子系统的一部分。结合军工行业研制项目的管理特征和军工研制单位的企业特点，研究了M型航空雷达项目全生命周期的沟通管理体系，纵向维度，研究和探讨了项目的六个不同阶段即：型号项目立项阶段、项目需求分析及计划阶段、产品设计阶段、样机制作及测试验证阶段、产品定型阶段、小批量采购阶段中沟通管理的问题和解决对策。横向维度，梳理了项目团队内部的关系，项目团队与外部客户的关系，项目团队与军方监管部门的关系。使用项目沟通管理的方法，解决了各层次关系中遇到的沟通问题。同时还对项目中的沟通管理要素进行了分析和研究，以项目能顺利完成为最终目标，对项目管理要素的内容进行了必要调整。 通过对M型航空雷达研制项目的研究，我建立了适合此类研制项目特点的沟通管理模型，找出了解决项目中沟通管理问题的对策。项目中的沟通管理无处不在，沟通管理是项目管理中非常重要的一个部分。

In the context of the large military and civilian integration, a mature and benign chain of military industry products has been formed. Private military enterprises can participate in national defense construction projects and participate in the development and supporting work of the model tasks. Communication management runs through all stages of the development project. Good communication management is the basic guarantee for the smooth progress and eventual success of the project. The M aviation radar project I studied is part of the avionics system of military aircraft. In this paper, the whole life cycle communication management system of M air radar project is studied in the light of the management characteristics of the military industry development project and the characteristics of the military industrial development unit. In the longitudinal dimension, the six different stages of the project are studied and discussed.：The problems and solutions of communication management in the stage of model project, project requirement analysis stage, product design stage, prototype production, product setting stage and small batch purchase stage. The horizontal dimension combs the relationship among the project team, the relationship between the project team and the external customers, and the relationship between the project team and the military supervision department. Using the method of project communication management, the communication problems encountered in all levels of relationships are solved. At the same time, the communication management elements in the project are also analyzed and studied. Taking the project as a final goal, the contents of project management elements are adjusted. Through the research of M aero radar development project, I set up a communication management model suitable for the characteristics of this kind of development project, and find out the countermeasures to solve the communication management problems in the project.
