数字经济的发展在促进经济增长的同时，还可能对不同人群产生不一样的影响，从而影响经济中的收入不平等。本文通过构建包含高、低技术两部门的一般均衡模型，从理论上验证了数字经济发展对技能溢价的影响，并基于2011—2019年省级面板数据和数字经济指标进行了经验研究。本文研究发现，在数字经济发展前期，我国高技术产业数字化进程相对较快，经济中技能溢价上升，随着低技术产业数字化程度逐渐加深，经济中技能溢价下降，因此整体上技能溢价随数字经济发展水平提高呈现出先上升后下降的倒U型。异质性分析发现倒U型在我国东西部地区显著存在，进一步按数字经济发达程度分显示该趋势已在高中低发达地区进行到不同阶段，政府数字经济政策关注度起显著调节效应。本文的研究为我国推动数字经济发展和改善收入分配提供了良好启示。

The development of the digital economy may have different impacts on different groups of people, thus affecting income inequality in the economy, while also promoting economic growth. This article constructs a general equilibrium model with high-tech and low-tech sectors to theoretically verify the impact of digital economy development on skill premiums. Empirical studies are based on provincial panel data and digital economy indicators from 2011 to 2019. The study found that in the early stages of digital economy development, the digitization process of China's high-tech industry was relatively fast, and the skill premium in the economy increased. As the degree of digitization of low-tech industries gradually deepened, the skill premium in the economy decreased. Therefore, the overall skill premium showed an inverted U-shaped trend, rising first and then falling as the level of digital economy development increased. Heterogeneity analysis found that the inverted U-shaped trend was significant in the eastern and western regions of China, and further analysis based on the level of digital economy development showed that this trend had reached different stages in highly, moderately, and less developed areas, and government digital economy policy attention plays a significant moderating effect. This study provides good insights for China to promote digital economy development and improve income distribution.
