本研究通过内容分析、问卷调查、访谈等方法,从培养目标、课程结构、课程内容三个维度了解北京师范大学教育学院免费师范生课程设置的现状。通过分析,发现免费师范生政策对学前教育和特殊教育两专业有较大影响,如调整培养目标、更改课程类别等;也发掘出课程设置中的一些亮点,如勇于创新,因地制宜等;同时也指出存在的诸如教师教育课程体系缺乏特色、课程指导乏力等问题;并针对性的提出了改进的建议,如整合国家意愿与个人需求、构建特色教师教育课程体系等。此外,本研究还进一步为后续研究指出了参考方向。
外文摘要:
Through content analysis, questionnaires and interviews, the research tries to understand the curriculum status quo of Beijing Normal University Institute of Education in three dimensions, which are the training objectives, the course structures and the course content. It is found that Pre-school Education and Special Education are clearly influenced by the policy of ‘tuition-free normal school student’, such as adjusting the training objectives, changing the types of courses, and so on. Some highlights like innovation and concrete analysis of concrete problems are also found. At the same time, some shortcomings are pointed out, for instance, the teacher education curriculum system being lack of characteristics and the curriculum in need of guidance. Solutions to the problems are as follows: integrating the wishes of country and individual needs, constructing teacher education curriculum system with characteristics etc. Besides, directions to follow-up study are provided as well.
