网络招聘以它不受时间空间限制和相对较强的实效性的特点,受到当今企业和求职人 员的青睐,是使用最广泛、频率最高的招聘求职手段。但随着市场对求职者越来越重视, 传统招聘网站暴露出包括安全性、易用性较差在内的诸多问题,使求职者用户对网站的满 意度降低进而影响求职效率和成功率。信息架构理论以其化繁为简的信息组织特点,对改 善网站易用性具有积极影响,优化网站信息架构成为近年来备受欢迎且十分实用的网站易 用性提升方式。因此,研究者以所在公司旗下招聘网站为例,通过优化信息架构来解决网 站易用性较差的问题,提升招聘网站满意度。本研究旨在深入探索网络招聘中求职者用户 的真实需求,有针对性地提出界面优化方案,帮助用户提升求职效率,进而提升网站用户 满意度。研究共分为三个阶段,分别是探索调研阶段、研究设计阶段和总结反思阶段。探 索调研阶段研究者首先通过文献对“信息架构理论”应用于网站界面优化的意义和现状进 行了分析,然后使用心理学定性分析方法进行研究。研究中发现求职者用户在使用招聘网 站求职的过程中普遍会遇到求职成功率低的问题,这一问题主要是由信息综合程度不足、 人岗匹配程度低、操作界面不简便、网站信息真实性差等四个方面。进一步分析发现用户 需求分别集中在网站安全性、人岗匹配程度和信息实用性三个大的方面,结合访谈内容和 用户需求得出用户画像。研究设计阶段以用户画像为基础,为用户设计用户旅程,从中发 现用户的真实需求和设计机会点,并使用旅程图表现。然后在设计阶段中,通过对实际存 在的招聘网站进行网站背景分析和现有信息架构分析,发现当前网站信息架构中存在的问 题,并将前期用户研究、用户旅程和网站背景分析相结合作为设计策略指导后续信息架构 和界面设计。本研究主要通过网站信息架构优化来达到网页界面设计优化的目的,通过改 进信息架构提升求职者用户求职效率,通过设计组织结构对网站层级进行细化,设计导航 系统将网站层级明确化,设计标识系统提高页面结构的一致性,设计搜索系统使用户更快 获得信息,最后通过交互设计完善网站反馈机制。本研究的成果可以运用在其他类似网站 的构建之上,具有延展性。

Online recruitment, which is not limited by time and space and has relatively strong effectiveness, is favored by today's enterprises and job seekers. It is the most widely used and frequently used means of recruitment and job hunting. But as the market attaches more and more importance to job seekers, traditional recruitment websites expose many problems, including poor security and ease of use, which reduce job seekers'satisfaction with the website, and then affect the efficiency and success of job hunting. Information architecture theory has become a popular way to improve the usability of websites in recent years because of its simplified information organization characteristics. Therefore, the researchers take the recruitment website of their company as an example to solve the problem of poor usability of the website by optimizing the information architecture, so as to improve the satisfaction of the recruitment website. The purpose of this study is to explore the real needs of job seekers in online recruitment, and to propose a targeted interface optimization scheme to help users improve job search efficiency, thereby enhancing the satisfaction of website users. The research is divided into three stages, namely, the exploration and research stage, the research and design stage and the summary and reflection stage. Researchers in the research stage first analyze the significance and current situation of the application of "Information Architecture Theory" in website interface optimization through literature, and then use psychological qualitative analysis method to do research. The study found that job-seekers generally encounter the problem of low success rate of job-hunting in the process of using recruitment websites. This problem mainly consists of four aspects: insufficient information synthesis, low matching degree between people and posts, inconvenient operation interface, and poor authenticity of website information. Further analysis found that user needs focused on three major aspects: website security, job matching degree and information practicability, combined with interviews and user needs to get user portraits. The research and design phase is based on user portraits to design user itineraries for users, to discover users'real needs and design opportunities, and to use itinerary charts to represent them. 3 Then in the design stage, through the analysis of the actual recruitment website's website background and the existing information architecture, we find the existing problems in the current website information architecture, and use the combination of previous user research, user journey and website background analysis as the design strategy to guide the follow-up information architecture and interface design. This research mainly achieves the goal of optimizing the design of web page interface by optimizing the information architecture of the website. It improves the efficiency of job-seekers'users' job-hunting through improving the information architecture, refines the web site hierarchy through designing organizational structure, designs navigation system to clarify the web site hierarchy, designs identification system to improve the consistency of the page structure, and designs search system to enable users to obtain information more quickly. Finally, the feedback mechanism of the website is improved through interactive design. The results of this study can be applied to the construction of other similar websites with extensibility.
