中国MBA教育在高速发展的同时,也面临着一些质疑。MBA联合会作为MBA教育的重要助手,对品牌塑造和MBA教育有独特价值。其能否真正发挥应有的作用就显得尤其重要。MBA联合会作为一个兼具临时团队、志愿者团队、工作团队特点的特定组织,其自身的运作机制的揭示,无疑可以为类似的团队提供有价值的参考。为此,本研究借鉴团队效能研究的I-P-O经典模型,构建了MBA联合会团队效能模型。研究了以魅力型领导为自变量,对因变量(团队效能)的影响,并引入中介变量(团队快速信任和成员工作投入)。构建了一个多重链式中介模型,讨论影响MBA联合会团队效能的影响因素。 本文以实证研究的范式,对全国48所高校的322名MBA联合会成员进行了调查。利用软件SPSS25.0和AMOS24进行相关分析、回归分析、中介效应检验,诠释了团队输入-团队过程-团队结果的运行机制。本研究主要的贡献如下: (1)应用经典的团队互动I-P-O模型,构建MBA联合会团队效能模型。本研究深入探讨了团队输入-团队过程-团队结果各变量之间的关系,研究结果对企业临时项目团队、志愿者团队和企业商会组织均有一定的借鉴意义。 (2)本研究构建了一个链式多重中介模型。讨论了魅力型领导-快速信任-工作投入-团队效能的链式中介效应。比较了模型中各中介的作用强弱。发现工作投入在魅力型领导与团队效能之间的中介效应,大于快速信任在两者之间的效应。在MBA联合会,对团队效能的影响来说,工作投入的作用更显著。 (3)本研究发现魅力型领导对MBA联合会团队效能有积极影响。魅力型领导对团队效能有正向影响(总效应c=0.71,p<0.001),研究结果表明团队负责人的领导力对MBA联合会最终的团队效能其中关键的作用。 (4)本研究将团队过程分为行为变量和心理变量。将团队快速信任和成员工作投入引入团队互动过程,并揭示他们作为中介变量的作用。研究发现,团队快速信任和成员工作投入,在魅力型领导和团队效能之间起着链式多重中介效应(间接效应ab=0.51,p<0.001)。 |

While China's MBA education is developing rapidly, it is also facing some doubts. As an important assistant of MBA education, MBA association has unique value for brand building and MBA education. Whether it can really play its due role is particularly important. As a special organization with the characteristics of temporary team, volunteer team and work team, MBA association can provide valuable reference for similar teams by revealing its own operation mechanism. To this end, this study uses the I-P-O model of team effectiveness study to construct the team effectiveness model of MBA federation. The influence of charismatic leadership on the dependent variable -Team Effectiveness-was studied, and the mediating variables - Swift Trust and Work Engagement - were introduced. A multi-chain mediation model is constructed to discuss the mechanism of affecting the team effectiveness of MBA association. This research adopts the method of empirical research to investigate 322 MBA association members from 48 universities in China. SPSS25.0 and AMOS24 were used for correlation analysis, regression analysis and mediation effect test, and the operation mechanism of team input-team process-team outcome was explained.The main contributions of this study are as follows: (1)Apply the classic I-P-O model of team interaction to construct the team effectiveness model of MBA federation.In this study, the relationship between the variables of team input, team process and team result is deeply discussed. The research results can be used for reference by temporary project teams, volunteer teams and business associations. (2)This study constructs a chain multiple mediation model.This paper discusses the chain mediating effect of “Charismatic leadership- Swift trust -Work engagement- Team effectiveness”.The effects of the mediations in the model are compared.It is found that the mediating effect of work engagement between charismatic leadership and team effectiveness is greater than that of swift trust. In MBA associations, work engagement is more significant in terms of the impact on team effectiveness. (3)This report found that charismatic leadership has a positive effect on the team effectiveness of MBA association. Charismatic leadership has a positive effect on team effectiveness (total effect,c = 0.71, p < 0.001). The research results show that the leadership of team leaders plays a key role in the final team effectiveness of MBA association. (4)This study divides the team process into behavioral variables and psychological variables. The swift trust and work engagement are introduced into the team interaction process and their role as mediating variables is revealed.The study found that the swift trust and work engagement had a chain of multiple mediating effects between charismatic leadership and team effectiveness (indirect effect,ab=0.51,p < 0.001). |
